I stayed at the Eastney during the latest Ironman event. As a participant myself - I could have not asked for more. The couple who runs the hotel are going above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome. Nothing was a problem and the room I stayed in was very clean, comfortable and clearly recently refurbished. Overall a great... More

What can we say apart from a lovely family hotel... Wasn't treated like paying customers but felt like part of the family!!!! Lovely rooms and gorgeous breakfast!!! Beautiful garden with amazing views! Only a 10 minute walk from the harbour as you walk you can see the amazing views of the surrounding sights. Alan and Louise were so friendly and... More

I agree with the other reviewers that the hosts are very friendly, the breakfast is really generous and filling. We had room 21 which we found bright and comfortable. The shower was fantastic. The only problem was the flush in the toilet- as I'm pregnant I need to pee at night and every time my flush woke evoked a cacophony... More

It's so nice to find a good hotel which is family run by people who love their job, and not a sterile one owned by a large corporation. The room was fresh, clean and bright and the bathroom, clean and adequate. Owners were very friendly and as our stay was over Easter we were delighted with mini easter eggs in... More

Just returned from a wonderful 2 night stay at the Eastney Hotel for the Weymouth New Years Eve celebrations, where we were made to feel extremely welcome from the moment we arrived. Louise and Alan were the most accommodating hosts we have ever come across! Nothing was too much trouble and they go out of their way to make sure... More

We love staying at Eastney so much that we keep coming back ! This time it was a spur of the moment decision and our wonderful hosts Louise and Alan, could not have been more welcoming, despite the 11th hour booking ! It's so lovely to stay somewhere that feels like home from the moment you walk in, Louise's little... More

Agree with all of the other reviews that the owners are very friendly, knowledgeable of the area and endeavour to make the stay enjoyable. The breakfasts are well cooked and filling and the dining room creates a very friendly environment and making the breakfast an enjoyable event. The house has character and many of the original features have been retained.... More
