The Chandlers is just a 5 minute walk into Weymouth centre and to the beach. Plenty of free parking to the front and the back of the building. The room was clean & modern albeit a little small & with no wardrobe. Tea and coffee making facilities. Ensuite with power shower again a little small but there is so much... More

I stayed here for a weekend with my partner, the bedroom was lovely, the food was great, the service was efficent and freindly. The only critisisum was the lack of wardrobe space in our room. Weymouth is lovely and I have already recommended this hotel to my nephew who has stayed ecently and also had a lovely time.

My parents and I stayed at the Chandlers for 3 nights. My parents had a standard double room and I had the single. When I called to book the rooms (directly not through late rooms) I asked if there were any ground floor rooms due to my fathers disability. The lady (which I presume was Di) said that the ground... This was the first time my boyfriend and I have visited Weymouth, so we didn't know what to expect. When we arrived, there was no parking at the front of the B & B but it was fine to park across the pavement for a few minutes while we checked in. From the moment we entered The Chandlers, we were... This B&B claims a 5 star rating, but it surely isn't in my book. I stayed in room 3 which was very small...maybe 8 feet square. It was very clean and the furnishings helped make it look better, but I've stayed in much nicer places (with bigger rooms) for less money (most less than half of what I paid). Over... More

Lovely place to stay, with bonus of parking. Easy and pleasant walk into town along the front. Mark and Diane were excellent hosts with lots of knowledge of the area, what to do and where to go. Breakfast was wonderful, plenty of fresh fruit, good choice of cooked food not just traditional english - can recommend the scrambled eggs and... More

Lots of choice for B&B's in Weymouth - Chandlers is at the upper end of the scale. It was very hot when we stayed and the room was boiling. The breakfast was a good standard and a great choice. Friendly owners and great service!

Does exactly what it says on the tin. A nice room, albeit a little smaller than it looks in the pictures and the shower for 2 is definitely not a shower for too much to my husbands dissappointment. Very clean, lovely fluffy towels and the best chocolate biscuits that you ever tasted. Bed wasn't the comfiest, but we all like... More

“If you cannot find a better place to stay in Weymouth, and don't care about the size of the rooms, then ask for one facing the back of the house. Room 3 was quiet.”
