On returning for our second annual visit to The Leam the staff were very welcoming polite and obliging. Happy to assist with arrangements for my disabled father and his mobility scooter. Room & communal areas were clean and tidy. Parts of the hotel had been refurbished since our previous visit. Excellent location with lovely seaview. Booked again for next year... More

We've just returned from our third stay at The Leam Hotel and it was our best yet.Our family included my husband, son (16), daughter (14) and elderly parents. Stayed here at short notice. Booked the superior seaview family room at £115 per night ( inc £10 surcharge for camp bed for child) The staff on reception are outstanding. There were 2 ladies that dealt with us and both deserve medals, they were fantastic. I hope they are appreciated by their management as they deserve to be, without them... More

Location was great,right on there front,really disappointed with the room,a bit on the small side,couldn't open the wardrobe door as the bed was blocking it,the bathroom needed updating and a good clean The staff were very friendly and helpful,and the food was good. Good b and b, rooms are clean small but for the price well worth staying here. staff very helpful with getting us a room and making the too short stay better and a great breakfast as well. A real good location to explore the beach or the town. Will be staying here again

Trip for three friends with LEISURETIME CARDIFF. The staff in this hotel were the most friendly I have come across in a long time nothing was too much trouble. Also food was exceptional ,compliments to the chef. Will definitely return in the future. The Leam Hotel is ideally situated opposite beach and close to all amenities and comes highly recommended... Went to this hotel with Gibbons coaches on arrival me and my friend was given keys to our single rooms,what a disappointment shower room in bad state with mold on walls and on shower curtain,all around the shower base itself was mold,the bed and pillows were dirty and torn,I don't think the bed had been changed from the previous occupant,there...
