Ladies Toilets are disgusting with only one cubical having a lock and no toilet paper in either - having told the bar staff this I had attitude thrown back at me of ' yea ok I'll deal with it '!!! Says real ales also but only sold tetley and Guinness and... More

At last... a carvery with roast lamb, and plain cauliflower (I hate cheese!) in addition to the favourable selection of meat and veggies. Although the place could do with a bit of TLC, I was impressed. Will no doubt call in again on my next visit.

We have used The Dorothy many times before. But on this occasion were hugely dissatisfied. I think it may well have just changed hands, not sure. But it was not the clean lovely bar that we once knew. Half cups of coffee. Tables uncleared, encouraging seagulls to swoop, which made our visit even more uncomfortable. Will not rush back there.... We had a 1 night stay with our dog,no breakfast included. I would like to start by saying that me were met by a very understanding helpful barmaid, who brought the manager down to show us the room. The assistant manager Mr Mason, was great, very helpful, apologising all the way up to the room, saying that it would get very loud later on.He had... More

This is what could be such a lovely pub in a prime location. Instead its run into the ground. No soap, no handtowels, a barmaid who was in a tracksuit? Hardly professional! This used to be a lovely pub with great food. Its now highly disappointing and i highly doubt I will waste my money in returning. Think they need... More

Nobody in there, no soap in the toilets or any way to dry your hands, toilet seat was broken. Beer fridge was 20 odd degrees, pool table is about as flat as the brecon beacons. Karaoke was ok last night though. That said, we kept going back, we love the dorothy.
