On the outskirts of Weymouth, away from the hustle and bustle of the town and seafront. Stayed last week for one night only for a visit to take our granddaughter to the Carnival. We left our car at Birch House and walked into Weymouth town centre, which took about 30 minutes. We booked the Family room, which was perfect for... More

... to stay! This is a real surprise! This place has already been described in every best way possible! THE B&B ever! It is just a shame that we had very bad weather wich did not allow us the chill out in the beautifull garden taken care off with a lot of passion (as the rest of the place). If... More

We had a bit of a long haul of a stay here - 9 nights in total. That is a long time to require a host to keep their game up, but Birch House never disappointed. One of the other guests who said that the website doesn't do it justice, and they are right. This is a lovely house on... More

We stayed for 1 night after a family christening & its lovely, the reviews are so accurate. We only met Kathy who is so kind & welcoming. Breakfast is wonderful, my preference would be a separate table as the man next to me was very close & a noisy eater but that's just my preference. Our room was so comfy... More

I stayed at the Birch House for 2 nights with my boyfriend, while we were exploring the Dorset coast. The owners are excellent hosts, the place was spotless and the breakfast was delicious. Our room was called the Golden Pavillion and it was just gorgeous; modern, light and cosy...just what we wanted after a 4 hour journey to get there.... More

We stayed one night in Weymouth and chose Birch House B&B. A superb en-suite room, wonderful welcome, a great nights sleep and an excellent breakfast. Local sausages and Dorset bacon with free range eggs cooked by Kathy and served by "mine host" her husband Peter. They gave us great tips on the surrounding area....we will be back.

My husband and I stayed here for a family 50th celebration, the location for us was perfect. It's based a 20 minute walk from Weymouth shops, restaurants and the seafront. This makes it lovely and quiet as you're in a residential area and you don't have to worry about parking. The house has been furnished in very good taste and... More
