If you like standing in your mum's front room while bad music blares and drunks bump into you forcing the hideously expensive cocktail to slush onto the floor than go for it otherwise stay well away! Some confused locals say this is a "premium" location but most simply refer to it as a crap hole. Prices are EXPENSIVE and quality...

Stayed at The Nook at the end of August on the bank holiday weekend with my partner for three nights. We arrived at the hotel and the owner was very kind, polite and friendly. She showed us to our room with an incredible sea view. The room smelt very clean and this was backed up by the fact the sheets...

The Nook has a very warm and inviting atmosphere. The cocktails are to die for and the view of the sea and promenade just add to its fabulous character. If you like well made cocktails and beautiful views then make sure you visit this bar. You won't be disappointed.

Had the worst nights sleep ever here. I knew there were clubs below. (That's what drew me to staying here, the night life). But the music was unacceptable as it went on until 4.30/5am Friday and Saturdays. I closed the window of room 4 and that fixed it, but then the room got unbearably hot. There was mould in the...

Only spent one night here but thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Rooms were clean and spacious. Showers not the best but all amenities cared for. Will recommend to friends. Great entertainment in the bar below.

On arrival bar looked very nice, we were shown to our room by the barmaid. We were led to our room via some stairs which in all honesty had filthy and worn out carpet, the room it's self was tiny and nothing like pictures shown on the website. Bed was hard and very noisy. The window was broken so couldn't...

Stayed with a friend at the Nook. The place is so dusty and hair over duvets and pillows. Owner very miserable and rude. The music is going on until the following morning so there's no chance of sleep. Wish I'd read reviews before I booked this place.

Stayed at The Nook B&B for a sea fishing trip. It was just £50 for an en-suite room with a small corner window overlooking the beach and front. The accommodation adjoins a Bar and Club and on a Friday night it is "lively!" Car parking is free from 6pm until 8am and is about 750yds away from the front door....

I organised my sisters hen party recently and we had the evening do at The Nook. I decided we would do cocktail making and have a 3 course dinner it was an absolute bargain! £15 for an hours cocktail session where you made 2 cocktails and £25 for a huge 3 course dinner with champagne cocktail included. We were downstairs...
