Issue is that it doesn't has a LIFT. How can some one carry luggage. On my first day I find it to be puzzle hotel. But is value for money and close to underground. Breakfast is good and staff is more than supportive. It is in one of the best locations and hence seems price is more compared to room...

Our choir took over the hotel for three nights. We were made most welcome by the staff. The dining room was a little cramped but this not seem to bother the group. We had a bedroom that was subject to traffic noise. Considering the cost of the week-end the variety of the food was good.

very basic hotel ,we were on a coach trip with some quite elderly and infirmed people.the lift only covered the lower floors so this seemed very unsuitable .we did feel like cattle when it came to meal times ,The one redeeming feature was the standard of cooking which could not be faulted.
