Stayed for a midweek break on a wowcher voucher. Had problems getting into the hotel as it was locked, but we rung the bell and someone came straight away. We had a double room booked and were offered an upgrade to a sea view room for an additional £10 per night, we didn't take this so were placed in a... More

Rooms were very clean and tidy. Amazingly comfy bed. Very friendly and accommodating staff. There is also a very clean twenty four hour bar on site and although we only ate breakfast during our stay seeing the food in the evening, it looked and smelt fantastic. Sure to visit again. About a ten minute stroll along the seafront to reach... More

After watching the hotel inspector I was looking forward to seeing what they had done at the Richmoor to improve. I had a Buy a gift voucher to use so thought we'd give the place a try! Well on first arriving at the hotel the person on reception was very helpful but I was disappointed to find out that our... More

Had a wowcher voucher to use up so booked at the Richmoor in Weymouth (plus a weekend supplement charge). The staff were very friendly and helpful but unfortunately the room was not good! Not in great condition and masses of rubbish stacked up outside the door outside in the car park. Food was OK. Very noisy on Saturday evening and... More

We arrived at the hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the beachside hotel. Untill we stepped in the door and it all went down hill from there. We were shown to the first room, which was very small, next to a very loud generator, and with no light in the shower room, very grubby looking and unwelcoming. The lady on... More

Just opposite the pier bandstand the hotel is quintessentially your typical seafront hotel. Lovely facade and indoors small compact but welcoming. Off road parking available. Room 204 small very warm and still managed to fit a short 4 poster in. View across sea costs a supplement but well worth it. Breakfast ok and position on seafront is best part. The... More

I visited The Richmoor Hotel this week and its location is amazing right opposite the Pier Bandstand on the seafront. Upon arrival we were greeted by nice guy who checked us in to room 102. The room well it was nicely decorated with a nice bathroom but as for a window seems they forgot that part. As a result the... More

We booked the Richmoor as we were given a hotel break as a joint birthday present. I booked, turned the computer off and we sat down to watch some TV. I honestly didn't know that when we started to watch 'The Hotel Inspector' it was going to be about the hotel I'd just booked. We were however encouraged by the... More
