Our hostess was lovely and made us feel right at home! Rooms where amazing beds where comfy, we slept like babies! Would definitely come back and would suggest for friends and family to! I loved the design and decor of the room, the walk in shower was amazing.

A fantastic find, a warm welcome from Helen, our room was spacious and tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent, prepared fresh and using locally sourced produce. We would recommend without hesitation.

Easy booking online. Very friendly and helpful, good rooms and shower facilities, excellent choice of breakfast. Parking permit available. Would definitely recommend it. Philbeach is easy walking distance to Weymouth harbour and town., great crabbing!

We stayed at the guest house for three nights. Helen is a very attentive host. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable. A lovely breakfast with lots of choice. Great location in Weymouth. Would recommend.

Booked this as a short stop on the way back north from a holiday on Isle of Wight. Very friendly helpful host who did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. Excellent breakfast, cooked to perfection!! Comfortable ground floor room booked as my wife has difficulty with stairs. Parking permit provided by host, but it can be difficult to get...

Overall the Best B&B I've 'ever' stayed in ! Owners so friendly and accommodating . Room was Fresh and clean with new fittings and hidden away behind wardrobe doors a mini fridge and TV ! Wide range of Breakfast choice and perfect poached eggs ! We will be definitely be come back here 😎

We have stayed at the Philbeach many times and have always had a great stay lovely rooms clean and tidy coffee and tea,biscuits in the room great breakfast.Helen is a lovely host can't do enough for you we will be returning in the near future love Derek And Suzanne xx

Stayed there 8-12th August , This is the second time we have stayed and we came back because it's a lovely small friendly guest house with a lovely host Helen. It's also very close to the beach and all the amenities in Weymouth

Have just come back from a two night stay at this little guest house. Very warm welcome from Helen. Clean room at top of house. With windows open lovely breeze coming in (loft spaces can be very hot). Great décor taste! Breakfast very tasty. I went for the omelette today, which was lovely. No car park, but we didn't have...

Firstly this was a late booking and the only room left ,was the extra large room on the second floor at the front of the premises. it was charged £90 per night. The room was pleasant and appeared to be clean enough. The negatives were that the old sash window when shut, sounded like it was still open. When Helen...
