In the heart of the New Forest. My firms Christmas party held here. An exceptional location. Would make a wonderful setting for a wedding. Architecture is amazing. Inside and out. The King's Room had extraordinary and ornate wooden carvings.

I visited the spa in this hotel in early December 2016. The hotel buildings sit at the end of a very beautiful woodland drive. The lovely old buildings of the hotel are built in stone with tall, red brick, Tudor chimneys. You can use the spa facilities for two hours for £10, which is a very competitive price. The spa...

I nearly collapsed with shock when after purchasing a bottle of merlot wine for £30 I was told a large glass of Pinot Grigio would be £13!!!!! These prices are much higher than you would expect even in London. Beautiful setting and building but am still recovering from the trauma of the drinks prices. Only go here if your company...

Beautiful location , good rooms luxury touches. Breakfast very good. Quite expensive , had afternoon tea and this let things down a little as felt it was a little stale and not as large a variety as adverts posted. Nice touches with birthday greetings left in room. Very clean and tidy. Not good experience with hand picked hotels , promised...

We stayed here for 2 nights in November. Don't have a bad word to say - spa was great, room spacious and clean, hotel grounds beautiful and the food, although pricey, when arrived completely lived up to the price. Highly recommended

Everything was lovely, except I left an item of clothing in the room, on phoning and inquiring about said item on three occasions, nothing was found.. the item wasn't expensive or sentimental, but it makes me wonder had I left an item with such value it would also not be found, therefore I shall not be returning. This is unfortunate...

My husband and I stayed here for one night using Secret Escapes. This included B and B in an executive room and dinner to the value of £39 each. We ate in the Ramada Restaurant - fine dining - and the three course set menu was £39 There was a good choice and I think the menu changes daily. My...

Dear Jenny Thank you for your glowing review and I was really pleased you found us through our secret escapes promotion and that you took some time to soak in the bath and watch the television. Please do check our own website as we often have some great little breaks exclusively on there.

I went with friends for Afternoon Tea and were slightly disappointed. The hotel its self is stunning and the location is beautiful even on a rainy miserable day! But for the money we paid for the Afternoon Tea we found it wasn't worth it compared to others around the same area. We had to adapt the sandwiches due to dietary...

Excellent food, value and service - a lovely day. Spa facilities were small but suited our party of 4 and we used them before and after lunch. Our spa day included afternoon tea and we upgraded to include lunch. I found the staff very helpful and Nathan deserves a special mention. One of the treatments did not quite meet expectations...

We recently stayed at this hotel as a family, five adults and a four-year-old. I booked a special offer for three rooms, dinner and breakfast for two nights over a weekend. The booking process was easy and very friendly, although we had to pay the total cost up front with no returns, and up to the time we arrived at...
