Just stayed for a couple of nights in Sycamore room. Private bathroom (spotless) for our sole use was fine, especially with bathrobes provided. Outside door was a bonus, opening onto a terrace overlooking the large lawn, with bistro table and chairs. Fan in room appreciated as it was quite warm. There is also access to a utility room for guests... More

We needed to attend a wedding in the New Forest and, searching for a number of weeks for a B&B brought us to find this venue. It seemed to have great reviews but, as we've found in the past, one man's greatness is another man's meh. They were flexible with our booking, our arrival time, with two additional bookings that... We had good vibes about this B&B immediately on making the booking. A confirmation email arrived shortly after and contained even more information about the property. Each room has its own entrance from the garden, along with table and chairs on the patio for that evening drink. A communal utility room is more like your own kitchen and is well... More

Once again we stayed before a cruise & enjoyed a warm friendly welcome. Very clean & well appointed room & a lovely breakfast. Plenty of room for secure car parking & nice area to sit outside if the weather permits. Great location for walking out into town or into the forest.

I agree with all previous reviews that talk about the hospitable hosts, the scrummy breakfast and the clean, comfortable rooms. The additional facilities make all the difference i.e. garden table and chairs for each room over looking the beautiful garden, access to a utility area to use a fridge, crockery etc. easy parking , tea and coffee in each room.... I can't praise this B&B and the owners highly enough! It is situated just off the main shopping street in Brockenhurst at the end of a lane, very quiet and peaceful, each room is at ground level with its own front door, comfortably furnished, marvellous bed and pillows ensure a wonderful nights sleep, the hospitality tray is well stocked as... My newly wed wife (Diana Hall) and I stayed at the Meerut for four nights. When we arrived we received a warm and friendly greeting. The room we were staying in (Maple room) was ample in size, warm and clean. The room had all the things that a traveller expects. Our first nights sleep in the Maple room was so... More

Meerut provided everything we could hope for in a stay (and more!) It has the perfect balance of extremely hospitable hosts and a homely atmosphere but also a good amount of space that some B&Bs lack (separate breakfast tables and external entrances to each room). The location is just right for exploring the forest; nice and close to the station,... More

I stayed here whilst on business a few months back, and was blown away by just how fantastic it was. Such a friendly couple, incredibly comfortable and clean room with access to a small, but fully-equipped kitchen, and the most awesome cooked breakfast. Totally set me up for the day ahead and I just wish I was staying here the... More

Great communication with us and they accommodated our arrival time well, with a key left in a secure place we were told how to access. Lovely room - Maple - good size and comfortable bed. Shower worked and had power behind it. Likewise with the hairdryer, which is not always the case. Breakfast was really nice with requests taken the... More
