Regularly have lunch here and are always made to feel valued clients.Nothing is too much trouble and our host Jean Marc is beautifully attentive. The hotel is immaculate and has beautiful indoor or outdoor dining. The menu is reasonably priced and based around locally sourced ingredients. They are always happy to oblige with requests for special diets. I would definitely stay at this hotel based on my experiences of the staff and dining here.

We have just stayed at the forest park hotel for 6 nights and have been totally spoilt. The staff are all very good and very friendly. The rooms are lovely and very comfortable. The food is fantastic we have eaten here every breakfast, lunch and dinner for 6 days and every meal has been superb. The hotel is spotlessly clean. We have been coming to the new forest for many years and this is definitely the best. We always bring our dogs but would also stay here if I didn’t have dogs. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Just returned from a 4 day break,The Forest park hotel is the perfect getaway for a chilled out relaxing experience. The staff are all really friendly and the standard of food is excellent and in fact better than some of the five star hotels I have stayed in. The bedroom was spotless, lovely view over the pretty backgarden where the rose display is beautiful. I will definitely return to this lovely haven and would strongly recommended it to anyone visiting the New Forest, well done FP !

Hello Wiliam K I am so glad that you enjoyed your 4 day break and that we were the perfect getaway for yourselves, but also thank you for any recommendations you pass on to friends and family. I will pass on your comments to the head chef, especially that our food is better than some five star hotels that you've visited, this I know will make him and his team very pleased. Best wishes and we look forward to welcoming you back anytime.

First time to the New Forest .. but omg not the last. Surroundings perfect. The hotel ticked every box, room was fabulous. The gardens and outdoor drinking and eating areas stunning, the food exquisite but what truly impressed us both was the staff, each and everyone helpful, polite, friendly, enthusiastic do I need to go on … first class service from all … so much so we’ve re-booked already - counting down the days. All social distance guidelines adhered too seamlessly and without spoiling the relaxing, holiday vibe feeling.

Dear patty222019 What an amazing review to read, we are so pleased that you've been blown away by the location, hotel, food and our wonderful staff who make Forest Park what it is. During lockdown we took full advantage to get the hotel up and ready for everyone to enjoy safely and this included our gardens, rooms and the main hotel it self, so I am glad that you got the chance to enjoy all of it during your stay especially the outdoor drinking. Best wishes and we look forward to welcoming you back.

This was our first visit since the refurbs and a wonderful job has been done. Rooms were nice, with a decent shower, all the staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Food was excellent. Two small things, it was a shame the restaurant menu is not permitted in the garden. Also, I tried to book a table on the day for the restaurant and it was full, we went in to Brockenhurst so it wasn’t an issue but I was surprised they couldn’t fit us in. We will happily return, thanks to everyone.

Hello MV1961 Thank you so much for your wonderful review on our rooms, the food and our staff and service. Our garden menu is very similar to our main restaurant menu and has over two thirds of the restaurant menu , and does lean more towards garden dining . In regard to table reservations , our room confirmations to advice guests to book dinner reservations in advance to avoid disappointment as we are a very popular venue. We are a little more limited on tables currently due to restrictions , however we would always find a resident guest a table , although it may not be at the specific time required. We look forward to your return and once again thank you so much for your feedback.
