This is a large bungalow on a small housing estate a mile and a bit from Brockenhurst. My wife and I booked for one night as part of a long weekend away so we could visit the New Forest. Our hostess Wendy prepared afternoon tea, scones and cake on our arrival. Our bedroom overlooked the garden and was spotlessly clean...

Our second stay at this wonderful find of a B&B. Wendy is a truly excellent host, very welcoming and an exceptional cook. Breakfasts were mouth-watering and set you up for the day. Plenty of variety so we could pick and choose different options during our four night stay. We spent two nights in the Burley Room, giving access to the...

Just returned from our anual ride round the new forest (wiggle sportive). Once again we where lucky enough to book into our little piece of heaven at little Heather's bed and breakfast. As always Wendy and Paul made us so welcome, nothing to much trouble. Rooms and food still first class, whole experience absolutely faultless, big thanks Wendy, keep up...

A highly recommend golden gem of a B&B within the New Forest. In my eyes Little Heathers is a 5* B&B. We were both made very welcome upon our arrival at Little Heathers, after being shown to our room we were offered a gut busting fresh homemade cream-tea, tea & coffee. We discussed our plans for the weekend, where we...

We had a wonderful couple of nights here. Our host was very kind and collected us from the station, although it's not a long walk. The accommodation was beautiful - well located, excellent facilities and very comfortable. We were greeted with afternoon tea and had a delicious cooked breakfast both mornings. Three of us stayed with Wendy and Paul for 3 nights in June. Wendy greeted us on arrival with a delicious cream tea. Breakfast was plentiful and varied and cooked to perfection. We stayed in both rooms and both were perfect - the Burley Room being a bit bigger than the Boldre Room with a view to the lovely garden....

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Little Heathers is a 'little gem' in the heart of the New Forest National Park. Close to the village centre and local railway station, it provides an excellent base for those who love walking (open moor land leading to the forest is nearby), cycling (the village is well-served by cycle hire businesses) and horse-riding (stables are a few hundred yards away). Our spacious bungalow provides two bed & breakfast bedrooms which can be made up as twins or doubles. Each has en-suite facilities, TV, tea and coffee makings with one of the bedrooms having its own private patio leading onto the rear garden. ... more   less
