Booked in here for one night ....absolutely loved it! A fascinating old house, all white walls and traditional furniture, with lots of nooks and crannies, and beautifully decorated. We were warmly welcomed by Becky and Jake, who immediately gave us coffee and cake as we relaxed after a long day walking. There is a huge sitting room with big comfy... More

Would highly recommend this B&B to anyone staying in the area. It is fairly out of the way but still a decent walk to the shop in town and not too far from the sea. The couple that owns the place is delightful and they make the experience even better. You can choose from a full breakfast or cereal and... More

We were in Crackington Haven for a family wedding. Hallagather Famhouse B&B was perfect for our visit. The house is an authentic Cornwall farmhouse with wooden beams, stone fireplaces and modern comforts. Our room was airy with lofty beams, TV ( although we really didn't watch much TV) and Wi-Fi. Our room had an electric kettle for tea or coffee.... More

If you would like to stay at an authentic Cornwall farmhouse of great character, with wood beams and low doorways and ceilings to remind you of its age, and yet have a comfortable room and modern bathroom, with the most welcoming B&B hosts (Becky and Jake) one could ever imagine, and indulge in Becky's home-cooked meals both morning and night,... Having read rather indifferent reviews of the pub in Crackington Haven, we decided to book Hallagather even though it was a good mile from the coastal path that we were walking. We decided to follow the public footpath through woods and fields rather than the road, but began to doubt this choice as the signs and path disappeared. The farmhouse... More

We ventured into North Cornwall to give our kids a last minute walking holiday. Two nights stay was all we booked but we could have stayed longer if time allowed. It felt like home. Just perfect to come to in the evenings after a day of walking and surfing. The area is perfect for walks and the seas lovely to... More

We stayed with Jake and Becky earlier this year and enjoyed their great hospitality, lovely cooked breakfasts and also were lucky enough to have an evening meal cooked by Becky..one of the best meals we have had for a long time! Our room was spotless, the farmhouse location is so quiet and peaceful and Jake and Becky were very helpful.... More

We had a very peaceful stay with Becky and Jake in July 2013 and from our arrival through to our departure they did everything possible to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We were travelling with our son, daughter in law and two children under 3 and nothing was too much trouble. This is an authentic Cornish farmhouse run by... More

Hallagather Farm is a delight. We stayed here back in May whilst walking The South West Coast Path. Becky welcomed us and showed us to our lovely spacious rooms. It's a pity that when walking you only get to stay one night at most places. We would have loved to have stayed longer at Hallagather. We had a delicious evening... More

Becky and Jake provide the most welcoming accommodation you could ever wish for. It's not like paid accommodation, it's like staying with your best friends. Nothing could have been improved and we would love to stay there again.
