This spacious family home, situated in Ipplepen is ideally situated for exploring South Devon, just ten minutes drive from the picturesque town of Totnes. Also, close by are the beaches of Torbay and the wild expanses of Dartmoor. Within easy reach are a good selection of local pubs and eating houses. One En-suite double room with balcony, one double and one single room. All rooms have TV, WiFi and Tea/Coffee making facilities. Full English Breakfast or a good selection of alternatives if preferred.
