Wonderful B&B. Felt very welcome and looked after. Breakfast was brilliant. Beds super comfy. Nice clean bathrooom. I had an amazingly powerful shower and my dads room had a very luxurious bathroom. Rooms were tastefully decorated. Tea and coffee in room with biscuits too! Location was excellent. Highcliffe is a really nice little town. It was really ideal for us... More

Room very small, locked cupboards everywhere, TV faulty, ran out of hot water twice in two days, at breakfast plates taken away while my wife was still eating, poorly maintained, grubby if you looked. Would not stay there again.

A pleasant Bed and Breakfast establishment. All rooms are named after USA Presidents - we had Lincoln. Good room, excellent shower room. With a window on two sides of the room we were easily able to control the temperature during a short heatwave. Breakfast was very good. Car parking available. A short easy walk to the Cliff top walk, and... More

The White House with its US President theme is a lovely B&B. The room (Nixon) that I had was extremely comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent and you were able to select what you wanted the night before- always a plus in my books. No food wastage. An excellent pot of tea as well, essential at the start of... More

Staff friendly, good breakfast and variety of fresh fruit, yoghurts and cooked foods.Room was clean but could not see out of window as the double glazed seal to window had gone,a few of the Venetian blind slats were broken. Shower room was quite small and needed a little attention to tidy it up. The location is very good as on main... More

This was a very nice b+b. Very welcoming, rooms clean and cosy, but the decor was a bit tired. The breakfast was very nice, each day you placed an order for the following day for the cooked breakfast. Nice selection and choice of cereals, fruit, yoghurts, etc. We were on the second floor in the Carter room, this wouldn't be... More

Had a lovely time, breakfast good, hosts were approachable and friendly but did leave us to ourselves(which I like). The bedroom and en suite were lovely but the mattress was a little tired with a hint of springs to the feel. Although we still slept wonderfully. Very accommodating when I forgot to give my breakfast choice. The parking at the... More

Very disappointed with this B&B. The room and bathroom decor looked tired and the bathroom especially was badly in need of a makeover. The owners were not at home when we arrived, with a note left on the front door asking to call them for instructions on where to find our room key. The hosts made no effort to contact... More

Had a lovely 3 night stay. Room (Nixon) was clean and well presented. With all the facilities I needed. I really enjoyed the use of a bath and not just a shower. Nice relaxing end to the day. Ann and Bob were excellent hosts and the breakfast was excellent. Would be happy to come again.
