What a great venue! We went for our Christmas party, food was lovely staff were very helpful and accommodating, they made you feel comfortable and were very attentive. The evening was a great success all round, would definitely recommend for any kind of event or just for a lovely meal. Beautiful setting can't wait to return.

My husband and I went for a one night bargain break deal to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We could afford a sea-facing view room, but the room we had was bright and airy, modern decor with a sumptuous bathroom which even had a heard panel in the mirror so it didn't steam up. A card wishing us a happy anniversary...

We have stayed here a number of times, usually treating ourselves to a Best Harbour View room. The hotel is wonderful, the food is always of a very high standard and the views are stunning. There are nearby walks along the beach or you can have a swim, sauna or jacuzzi in the hotel spa area. The staff are very...

We stayed here in January and loved it. Arrived late but not a problem as we had booked in for dinner, Our room one of the best garden rooms was large and patio doors onto our own small outside space. Food and service great, easy walk along the beach to High-cliff then back for a sauna swim and a great...

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions, because we love the outlook as well as the service you get. We had a sea view room which was excellent. I always spend time in the spa whilst my partner goes for a walk. We were on a dinner, bed & breakfast rate. The restaurant was busy but not too...

We've (my family) just returned from a 'sneaky' 3 night break @ the Harbour, just after the New Year festivities. Firstly, the hotel, food and staff delivered the expected high-levels of service we've come to expect. However there was a breakfast warm milk spillage incident that could have marred my inaugural 2017 experience. Obviously it was an unpleasant experience but...

We booked predominantly for the spa but the hotel is also rather nice. We enjoyed a comfortable night's sleep, the room was clean and we didn't hear anything from the neighbouring rooms. Given the size of the room, the TV was laughably small but we managed, even though it was a struggle to read the subtitles from the far side...

Thoroughly enjoyed my spa day here at harbour spa. Facilities and changing area are great, particularly liked the sauna and jacuzzi. Lunch was delicious! Staff very attentive in the upper deck restaurant with a variety to choose from. I'd recommend the fish & chips. I chose a nourishing wrap treatment which also included a shoulder and scalp massage. Really enjoyed...

Spent Christmas here with my daughter. We both thoroughly enjoyed all aspects. We had a lovely room, nice and warm with full controls on the heating radiator, thankfully as it did get very hot, at one point. But we could reduce the thermostats. Nice travetine marble bathroom, nice White Compant toiletries. The food at both, The Jetty, and The Upper...
