Large group of all ages camping on a wet and windy weekend. Weather cheered up at the end of our break. Amazing campsite. Stunning scenery, top rate showers / facilities and close to lots of walks / cycle paths! Will definitely visit again. Would recommend The Globe Inn for reasonably priced good food 5mins drive from site.

The staff where friendly and helpful. The facilities were kept clean and tidy. But the site was let down by other campers. On our first morning a urinal had been pulled off the wall in the gents (this was fixed by the staff very quickly). Two evenings were dominated by what sounded like a mini rave from some fellow campers.... More

A nice campsite to stay in. Unfortunately it's not as nice as it was at its previous location which is now full of wooden cabins, but it's still decent enough. It's really easy to get to the most popular sites of attraction in the forrest, the facilities were adequate and the view was great. The staff could have been a... More

Perfect family campsite , clean well maintained site with plenty of activities close by . Forest ideal for dogs and family's alike . Would recommend this for a long or short break. Go ape only a 10 min drive away.

We spent two nights at Bracelands Campsite in August 2016 on a short camping trip. The site itself is very spacious and we had no trouble finding a flat pitch. The facilities include toilets, showers, hairdryers, washing up area and electrical hookups (these are available to book as an extra). The facilities were kept very clean and the water was... More

Absolutely loved it. Great utilities and very helpful staff. Toilets, showers, laundry, drying. Hair dryers and much more. Back again next year. The views are to die for, walking and cycling. Steam railway ride, bird watching, archery. ............ X

Visited here for 4 nights early June, easy to find. Was able to book in early. Loads of nice pitches to choose from. Showers and toilets always clean. Could do with more washing up areas. My only gripe is that the 6 metre rule should be enforced more as we had someone pitch up 1 metre away from us even... More

We visited Bracelands on a lovely sunny weekend at the start of August. The staff were great!! We arrived late on the Friday night (8.30pm) as we had got stuck in traffic on our way. We called to let them know and they were fine & said as long as we made it by 9pm as it would be very... More

Upon arrival we upgraded from a tent pitch to a 'pod' which is a basic log cabin with nothing but a heater. We definitely made the right decision as the pod was very well insulated and did not let much noise in whatsoever! Clean campsite & shower blocks. Lovely staff. Very central location to the surrounding activities.
