First impressions - very nice, rooms were small but contemporarily styled and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very nice and helpful. BUT....the heating to the rooms was turned off overnight. We arrived back at the hotel at approximately midnight to find the room was freezing. The duvet was not of an adequate tog to compensate for this. I had...

A Christmas night out wih our local Tennis club, it was mediocre and cramped in Killyhevlin Hotel the last time with a poor band (cannot remember name of it) , so my expectations were low, but this here could not have been better: attentive friendly staff who did not show any stress even if they must have been, the food...

I am so pleased to have come across this gem of a hotel. I stayed here on business for 4 weeks and from the initial enquiry and booking over the telephone to check out, the staff in this hotel provided exceptional customer service. The 4 girls on reception are fantastic, as are the staff that work in the bar/restaurant. What...

First impressions on approaching this hotel are poor. It looks like it is in behind a parking lot. The inside layout is also a bit quirky and there was a damp musty smell in the corridor outside our room. On a more positive note the staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well equipped but...

I recently stayed one night in the Bronte suite with a friend. This room is spacious and decorated tastefully with a large bed, dressing area with robes and bathroom equipped with a large shower and jacuzzi bath! Lovely nights stay! Only thing was the heating wasn't turned up so the room was a bit cold on check in! Can't wait...
