First time staying here and was happily surprised. Hotel is central to the town with loads of parking spaces.Room was spacious and excellent.Bed very comfortable and bathroom was good size.Fridge in room with bottle of water in place.which was a nice touch.Breakfast was excellent. As my wife is a tea drinker there could be more tea bags etc.
Very nice hotel, good facilities, clean, great service. The breakfast was amazing, in terms of service, food selection and food quality. The location was perfect for my needs, quiet and close to where I needed to be.
Just a note to express our thanks for certainly "the warmest welcome" on Saturday afternoon at the Enniskillen Hotel where we celebrated our daughter's birthday party with all of her friends after a trip to the cinema. The table location was perfect, the service was warm and genuine from booking to hometime. The kids enjoyed their meal and colouring in pages. This was our second time to book a birthday meal here. Thank you very much!
Very good facilities in the room including mini fridge, safe desk light iron and board chilled water and tea and coffee, huge walk in shower, and heated towel rail. The food was nice and good selection of breakfast with table serving. Could not fault the hotel
We went to this hotel for a Anniversary weekend ( 20)yrs ) On arrival into our room all you could smell was damp the room was filthy there is a unit around the bed for storage it was thick with dust The wallpaper was curling of the wall The radiator was hanging of the wall And we had no hot water for all 3 nights that we stayed we complained every night to whoever was on reception but still no hot water the door key never worked half the time either a shambles of a hotel And we where on ground level our window even though you locked it it could be pulled open from the out side not very secure what so ever and on leaving on the last day they gave us £50 between 2 couples don’t think that was very much for what we went through it’s fair to say I don’t think we will be back
Hotel is ridiculous been calling 2 days with no answer. Booking a family room online which is 1 double bed and 1 single bed perfect for 2 adults and a child but when I enter my nieces age its charging me extra money for a extra bed???. Thought I call hotel to just book with them and no answer for 2 days
We wound up here when the owner of the B&B we had booked turned us away when she found out two of us had tested positive for COVID (something to think about before you travel abroad--where will you stay if you test positive?). We all isolated here, so we didn't need much, and we got what we needed--namely, lots of fresh water from the bartender, which one covid-free family member fetched for the rest of us. The rooms in the motel are cheap and very basic but clean and fine. The hotel is nicely located in the town, close to lots of things (which we did not visit).
Breakfast was excellent, staff were pleasant and efficient except for the head waiter. We had booked breakfast for 10am and arrived in the dining room at 9.55 by 10.05 no one had taken our order ,I managed to attract the attention of the head waiter and asked if he could take our order and he snapped back that he was dealing with other orders although he had already taken an order from two other guests who had arrived in after us. The room, the toilet roll holder was missing off the wall, the bottom of the toilet door was disintegrating the shower tray flooded and overflowed on the second morning. There was a hole in the wall behind the entrance door where the door handle had been pushed against it. The WiFi didn't work so the phone in the room didn't work. I asked at reception about this and was told the WiFi system was not strong enough and needed upgrading. There was an awful smell in the corridor outside the elevator…
What a lovely hotel to visit! At the door it says The Warmest Welcome and that is certainly true. We were greeted by smiling, friendly staff, given an iced drink before being shown to our room. This was very welcome as we arrived on the hottest day of the year. Our room was lovely, equipped with safe, fridge and complimentary chilled water. The rain forest shower was lovely. Breakfast had a wide choice, the porridge was delicious and poached eggs cooked perfectly. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for making us so welcome.
Stayed for 2 nights in the motel part of the complex . The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The room had pleasant decor , but unfortunately wasn’t very clean . The carpets were heavy stained and grubby. The bathroom had no toilet roll , the shower had black mold in the bottom corners .The entrance area to the motel , which housed a coffee machine with no milk in it , was extremely hot , with a radiator blasting out full bore and no way of turning this down . I did ask if this could be turned down , and if the coffee machine could be topped up and promised these issues would be attended too but this didn’t happen. Such a shame that the room wasn’t clean as this could be such option for all .
