I spent a couple of nights here on a trip to Fowey. Being able to park in the car park is great as the location of the inn, at the top of the town, means you don't have to wrestle around the narrow roads of Fowey, you can leave your car safely there and walk around town. The staff were... More

We now make this part of our annual visit to Fowey - Tuesday quiz night ( which we are hopeless but love) and they have really fun bands on at the weekend- great for dancing and the landlord makes visitors so welcome but is obviously really popular with the locals too.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Foods well cooked and presented - very tasty. Has it's own car park which is very useful inFowey. We stayed on for the Tuesday evening quiz and has a great time. Even does takeout fish and chips. Marvellous.

We stayed here to break up a journey to another town further north. Parking spaces were limited but despite a late arrival we got a spot. Lovely pub and the menu looked excellent but we didn't have a full meal, just a couple of drinks. Room was perfectly adequate, it's an older quirky pub so don't expect anything modern and... More

Popped into this delightful pub for a meal which was the Spicy pork soup and then the rack of bbq ribs. Both meals were fantastic and well presented. Staff were incredibly helpful and a were a credit to the place. Well done.

A lovely welcome, fantastic accommodation (the attic flat), superb food, great beers. You walk from the Inn down through the churchyard and you are on the harbour. What a wonderful part of the world. We wanted to stay longer...

We stayed here for just one night after cycling from Land's End & en route to John O'Groats to raise money for brain tumour research. When we booked we were told that there would be live music in the bat but which would finish at 11pm which was fine. What happened was that a staff leaving party spiller onto the... More
