Our rooms where beautiful, they looked after us brilliantly, I would definitely recommend it to everyone, the area was quiet, not to far to the town centre, beautifully looked after , the room that I stayed in had a staircase which might not be practical for someone with a disability.

Just had a 2 night stay at Park Farm. We had a great welcome from Neil, advising us on where to eat, taxis etc. 2 of the restaurants we tried were excellent. We stayed in a mezzanine room which was great. Lovely and spotlessly clean. Both breakfasts were tasty and served with a genuine smile and chat with Lesley and...

I took my girlfriend here for her birthday after seeing them win Four in a Bed. I initially told them I would arrive after six o'clock, however we we able to arrive much earlier. When talking to the owners, they were more than accommodating and went out of their way to get things ready for us. The day of the...

Booked for 2 nights as we were going to see a band in Newcastle so decided to make a weekend of it. We didn't want to stay in the City centre and were fortunate to find this through Google. The accommodation was former stables and have been converted into lovely, comfortable private rooms with own front door. Owners and staff...

After an intensive search for a place to stay close to Beamish Hall, for their Winter Festival, we found Park Farm Hotel to have great reviews and a decent price. On arrival we were made to feel extremely welcome and were taken to our room and shown the facilities including a taxi number. Admittedly the taxi company (Dean's) weren't the...

Lots of hotels or B&Bs can claim to be excellent, so sometimes it's the little details that make the difference. Park Farm Hotel is excellent - the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is top class, the owners are so friendly, and its location in the middle of the countryside but only a couple of minutes from the A1 make it...

So glad we booked, we had a mezzanine room which was amazing, lovely owners who couldn't be more helpful. Tucked away on country lanes, you wouldn't believe you was less than a mile from the A1. Excellent night sleep followed by a Delicious breakfast. Would highly recommend to anyone.

This is a gem of a place. It is just a mile from the A1, therefore extremely handy for travellers. I stayed for 3 nights, while visiting family locally. The accommodation is more spacious than you can imagine, with a proper sitting area, and the bedroom upstairs. It was very clean & warm. The breakfast was great. Nothing is too...
