I recently stayed at Barns Farmhouse B&B with my partner for the weekend over the bank holiday and was welcomed by Heidi and her 3 dogs. First stop was to have a look around the farm to see the pig and chickens which is something I have never experienced whilst staying in and B&B and was a really nice touch....

Barns Farm B&B does exactly what it 'says on the tin'; if you want a home-from-home where pets are not only welcome but treated as part of the family then this is for you! A word of warning to those who like the pretentious, more formal surroundings offered by the hotel industry then you might be disappointed to find yourselves...

A truly charming farm B&B in lovely Lincolnshire countryside. A friendly welcome from lovely hosts Heidi and Charlie and their animals. My friend and I enjoyed a fantastic 4 night stay at Barns Farmhouse whilst attending a conference in Grantham. Room and bathroom were immaculate, breakfast with homemade sausages and home baked bread was delicious. And when coming back in...

We stayed here for just one night – too short a visit. Heidi and Charlie made us very welcome. We had a very clean and adequate room with our own separate private bathroom next door. The bed was large and comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast was good with homemade sausages (the best I have tasted in a long...

I travelled with 'Nikki W' and concur wholeheartedly with everything she has said, I am adding some photos that we took whillst staying there... Heidi and Charlie are a very welcoming couple as are their friends who we had interesting conversations with in the house and summer house, with wood burning stove and smoker (for food). We will be back...

We booked two nights at the end of August 2012 so that we could be near to our kids who were booked in at the PGL centre down the road. Charlie and Heidi were very welcoming and we were delighted with our room which had king size bed and big en suite bathroom. Bedroom freshly decorated and spotlessly clean and...

This was our third stay at Barns Farmhouse B&B. As always there was a warm welcome from Heidi and Charlie and the dogs. Well this is a working farm after all. Accomodation is first class, breakfast is wonderful. The bread this time was made with some of home ground wheat from the farm - what a treat. Sausages are from...

First of all, I would just like to say that I think the first review on here should be moved to the end and not the beginning of these reviews. I feel it is totally misleading. It is a beautiful environment to stay in. (Perhaps, if you don't care for animals it would be wise to go elsewhere) We loved...

Excellent B&B run by real friendly people, they could not do enough for us. We went on a metal detecting weekend, to dig on local fields, they made our stay more than welcome. Would go back tomorrow. Thanks, Chris.
