I pretty much just needed a bed for the night and the Beehive supplies that. Room (1)was clean and pleasantly decorated and fine for my needs. Now the less god stuff. awkward access with lots of stairs (it is an old building after all!), Not even the most basic bathroom condiments, small towels and no floor towel, the smallest TV...

Stayed for 3 nights between Christmas and New Year. Room 4, clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet. Friendly locals, live football for us, great pint of Newby Wyke, an absolute steal @£40/night. Not for the premierinnites amongst you...it's got character !!!!!

But it was clean and comfortable but what do you expect for £40 per night They don't to regular food or breakfast but we found a fab Chinese restaurant in...

In the summer I stayed at this Inn for one night.I really enjoyed staying in a nice , large room where I've found coffee, tea, a Tv.The bathroom was quite big with towels , shampoo. The view from the window was not great, overlooking to a courtyard.Grantham is a quite, nice little town .I recommend this In.

After trying to find some where to stay in Gratham we found the Beehive. After reading reviews we still decided to give it a go. It is in the centre of Grantham so near to everything you need. In this age of gastro pubs and big fancy hotels its nice to find something that has heritage to it. The room...

I looked at other comments that have been made about “The Beehive” prior to booking it but even the two very negative (and in my opinion inappropriate) comments didn’t put me off. The sheer quirky nature and the price of £30 for a night’s accommodation was far too tempting. Agreed there is no dedicated parking at “The Beehive” however on...

The pub itself is quite nice and has a lot of history in Grantham. The location is great, very close if you want to explore the town centre. The room was situated in a small courtyard behind the pub and only accessible by steps, it would not be suitable for a less able bodied person. The room was very basic...

Please don't believe these other reviews. The beehive is a nice old pub with real locals having a normal night out. Our room was perfectly adequate and good value. The bedding was clean, the beds comfy, a quiet and peaceful nights sleep. Bathroom ok. Staff friendly. If you want a plastic hotel with no character or a identikit chain experience...
