Had a two night stay at Kinross House while touring Speyside. Jane was a fantastic hostess and as many reviews have mentioned the breakfast is simply first class. I'm glad there are places like this showing visitors a range of the excellent produce Scotland has to offer - in particular the range of fresh berries. The B&B is welcoming, warm,... More

It was a great one night in that place! The room is really cosy and beautiful! It has a laaarge and comfortable bed, beautiful and clean bathroom with cosmetics and a dressing table. Downstairs there is a beautiful lodge, where You can sit, play games, read books, or just relax. The owner is really nice and helpful! She has lots... More

My first visit back to Kinross House in 10 years, and under the not so new management of Gary and Jane, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Nothing is too much trouble, the rooms are spotlessly clean and breakfast is enough to set even Desperate Dan up for the day. The only downside is that I had to come... More

Lovely bed and breakfast.... Best breakfast we had in Scotland! Hosts were gracious and kind. Dining room was beautiful and pleasant to have assigned seating. Accept credit cards for a nominal fee which was helpful as most B&Bs do not and we were starting to get low on £s.

Extremely warm welcome from Gary and Jane, who was most helpful when booking over telephone. 3 of us stayed overnight on bird-watching trip. The rooms very clean and comfortable. Lounge area available. Breakfast was superb! No hesitation in fully recommending.

First time back to stay with Jane and Gary since 2010 - better than I remembered and a real "home from home" feel. All rooms have been upgraded and are beyond your average. It's like being with family - so relaxing and peaceful. Add comfortable rooms; great lounge; superb location and phenomenal breakfast and you have a 5-star stay. Visitor... More

The host was incredibly helpful with dinner recommendations and information about the area. Breakfast was delicious with a plethora of varieties of fresh fruit. The muesli is homemade and the best we had ever tasted. The house is older with quaint details. We would definitely stay here again.

Great B&B near to the centre of Grantown, and more importantly within a short walk from the Craig bar, we went 4 nights on the bounce!! Anyway back to the B&B, Jane a Gary do a fantastic job running this great B&B. The breakfasts are 'to die for' with a choice of full breakfast items including haggis and fantastic black... More
