The room was dated and carpets are stained and very worn. Also the radiator didn't work properly so the room was freezing!! There was only one member of staff on at breakfast who chose to ignore us until we said something to her! Do not like the fact this hotel promote there self as dog friendly yet seem to hate...

However there is no dedicated adapted disabled toilet anywhere in the hotel. The staff were exceeding friendly and helpful and the rooms were comfy, clean and...

The room was freezing, heating working sporadically. The floors are creaky and rooms not sound proof at all- we could hear other guests talking next door. There is no bath, just a shower- not ideal when travelling with a baby. I found it very peculiar and inconvenient that there is no basin in the bathroom- only in the bedroom. The...

We had a sea view room which was spacious and clean and a magnificent view out over the waterways and sea. Breakfast consisted of various choices to suit all tastes including the full English which...

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an evening meal in the restaurant and found it very good and reasonably priced. The only criticism...
