Stayed here b&b for one night only after a day at the Gt. Yarmouth races in May. The hotel is situated on the seafront near the Waterways walkway (pleasant walking right along the waterways) but its a long walk to the beach and sea. The room(with 3 beds), plenty of storage space, was clean, freshly decorated, with coffee and tea... More

This hotel pet friendly, the breakfast is good and the evening meal are OK plenty of choice. The bedrooms could do with some tlc. I don't like the sink being in the bedrooms because he shower room is to small. Pets have to go through part of the dining room to get to the lounge area, One person while I... More

A nice family run hotel. Very friendly staff and good food. We stayed for two nights, and although not luxurious it was a very pleasant stay. We had a room overlooking the sea and we could not fault the staff or the owners for their helpfulness. We have booked to come back for new year.

Friendly staff, there is a lift to the 1st floor, the hotel has 2 floors with 26 rooms, we found our room to the side by the car park to be very creaky, the floor was dreadful along with the bed it felt as though it was going to collapse, they have updated some bits but the floor creaking which... We stayed a week and found it an ideal place to stay. Quite near the main town and has sea view in the front rooms. Traffic noise is quite loud at times though when the windows are open. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Breakfast is very good except the lack of fresh fruit. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.... More

Together with friends we spent three nights at the hotel and found the redecoration excellent and the staff very accommodating. The staff particularly were helpful making suggestions on where to visit. We made comment on the lack of a place to store luggage/ cases off the floor and suggestions of how to overcome the problem and the manager was receptive... More

Good location. Excellent breakfast with quality ingredients. The place is a little tired but that is reflected in the price. The bedroom was basic but ok. The soundproofing wasn't good as you could hear people next door and anyone passing. Some traffic noise also. If I stayed again I would take some earplugs. It would be easy to be over... More

Really enjoyed my 1 night stay here and had a superb breakfast in the morning - room was well presented and at £50 with breakfast included i would definitely return again. Parking was readily available and free - my only criticism would be the shower which was a little too hot and difficult to moderate the temperature - but that's... More

Good: The check-in was polite and helpful. Bad: The WiFi simply did not work on any of my three devices – they advertise it as ‘fast’ but it could take several minutes to load a Google search page if ever, only from their dining area, so their hotel’s advertising is misleading and false. The room was small very cramped and... More
