Me and a few friends stayed for my birthday and the staff were amazing. The couple that run the B&B are so helpful with rooms and local knowledge. They are so friendly. Perfect place to stay. Thank you Billie and Stuart

It may well be that this is a very nice B&B - the other reviews look great. But we didn't get to stay there and they still took our money. I'd tried to make a booking months in advance via LateRooms, but the website was misbehaving. I never received a confirmation email, and,

We booked into this guest house as it was close to the Great Central Railway and it was just 5 minutes walk. The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was very good. The owners were friendly and helpful with suggestions of places to eat nearby. This bed and

I was there in June with my daughter that will study in Loughborough next semester. This B&B was perfect, not so far from the town center, good food, the possibility to park the car not far from the B&B. I likely be back end of September

Hi, thank you for your nice review, and we are glad you enjoyed your stay. The window you mentioned does indeed back onto the side of our fire escape, however as the window is 2 floors up and a bathroom window, that does not open fully it has never been mentioned before, plus the bedroom window opens fully to compensate, so we are sorry you found it uncomfortable. As we are only a small guesthouse and try to keep prices to a minimum and we only charge £5 per person withing the price of the room for breakfast we feel that yogurt is something that we need not offer as there are 5 choices of cereal plus bacon, eggs, beans ,sausage and tomatoes all on offer plus as much toast, tea, coffee and fruit juice as you want. Again we are glad you enjoyed your stay with us and that we were able to help in looking after your bag before your check in. Billie & Stuart

Is there Parking?
there is parking opposite the guest house with time restrictions during the day, so you can park there from 4pm till 10am the next day which is our check in/out times this applies Monday to Saturday. Otherwise there is free parking all day on the main road behind us on a road called Albert Prom.
