The Hotel was not anywhere near its capacity yet I was put in a room as far from reception it was possible to do so. This involved a very long walk and negociating several heavy fire safety doors. at 85 year od I found this difficult

Booked in on a Wednesday afternoon for 4 nights. First Impression which was cool firmed and it was dated and had seen better days. Was allocated a single room which on arrival was not only small but was like a sauna. The heat in there was unbearable and was unable to control it. went to the reception and was given...

You get what you pay for springs to mind. The location of this hotel & the parking are both very convenient. The price was very reasonable & the staff were polite & helpful enough. Did not sample the food or the bar so cannot comment on either although £15 for a hotel breakfast is always expensive in my mind. The...

This was the second time I went to the hotel and it's outstanding. The beds are so comfy, the images around the hotel are gorgeous. I'd highly recommend this hotel. I'd definitely go back there. Very local and roomy

The reception staff were polite and attentive and booking-in was quick. The late night barman needed a medal to put up with us to 4'oclock in the morning. The room looked worn and bed was awful with springs that hurt your back and the pillows lacked any substance of support. The worst was yet to come, the disabled bathroom was...

I was possibly the only person staying at this hotel and the room I got was terrible. Ripped curtains, no toiletries and sparse, shabby furnishing/paintwork. Such a shame. It used to be (years ago) a lovely hotel. It's been left to deteriorate and is in a poor way. I've stayed a couple of times previously as it's location has been...

Broken chair ( room 63 just in case you want to repair it). Room quite average and food menu just with greasy food Id dare to say. Breakfast should be improved and add more a la carte menu. In the other hand I would point the good service and staff

Our booking was through hotels.com which we didn't think would be a problem at first. When we rescheduled our room booking, we were told to go through the hotel directly, where we sorted out a different day to have our rooms via telephone. We rang again closer to the date to check if they had the reschedule of our rooms and...
