Shabby. Bed was atrocious, it gave no support and made metallic twanging noises when some one turned over. Looked at mattress and divan base next morning after sleeping part of the night on shabby carpeted floor. The mattress had no protector, only a sheet covering it and was in a filthy state with bloodstains. On further inspection springs were showing...

Stayed here as a base to visit family, plus points are its very convenient for Loughborough town centre and has good onsite parking, down points are that it was obviously a good hotel about 20 years ago when I visited it but it seems like that was about the time they stopped looking after the place too. Room was poor...

Hotel and rooms are very tired and dated; broken furniture, ripped wallpaper, threadbare carpet. Cleanliness wasn't great and seals/ /sills/ corners were mucky. TV in room didn't work and neither did the radiator, not fun on a November night. It's a shame because the Team that work here are great and try hard, but clearly they aren't getting this back....

This is such a brand damager i'm surprised it's still a Ramada. Old, dirty small rooms. Staff seem friendly enough but this place beds a major refurbishment. It's obvious there's no money spent on it in the last 10 years. Food is OK. Don't expect too much. Basic menu which is just OK No ironing board in the room. TV...

Having had a disappointing stay in the Travel lodge recently whilst visiting Loughborough to move my partners daughter into uni decided to try the Ramada for its central location and very reasonable price for a one night stay. From the outside looks like a well kept hotel but once through the doors, although states 'newly refurbished' look tired and dated....

Spent one comfortable Saturday night here in a room on the top floor over the car park. The room was cold on entering but warmed up nicely once the radiator was turned on. We didn’t have any spoons to make our tea/coffee and the edge of one of the curtains looked as if it had had a fight with a...

We came down to visit friends and stayed at the Ramada over the weekend. Perfect location, free parking and easy to find! The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay again when next visiting, made very welcome and enjoyed our stay.

Not much to say that was exceptional, the staff were very friendly and helpful which in this day is a rare thing ! We were offered breakfast for £4.50 each when we arrived which we thought was excellent value, we took up the offer and the breakfast was okay, we arrived close to the end of service and it's a...

Stayed here at the beginning of October. No heating or hot water on the first night/morning. Rang reception in the morning, offered to move me, I said I would in the evening as I had to go to work. My colleagues also had no hot water or heating so I have no idea where they were going to move me...
