Friendly warm welcome from Gabi and Josh on arrival and well looked after throughout our stay. Excellent staff nice clean place. Only issue is if you have a tall van there is no parking as the hotel does not have its own car park. Jobs a gooden i would happily stay again

As a family of four (two young children) we have stayed in many family rooms. And Premier Inn usually are good, being one of the few hotels that give you seperate beds for the children. This trip wasnt as pleasant as our normal trips. Checking in, the systems were down (from reading reviews is a common occurrence). Once in the room, they were not cleaned to the level you would expect of a hotel, sides had clearly barely been wiped and it's evident they do not allow the cleaning staff long enough to properly and fully service a room. A supplier issue meant there were no bath towels, resulting in a messy set of showers for the family as we attempted to use a multitude of hand towels to dry with. Beds were not comfy, we felt like a bad version of Goldilocks with some too soft and others too hard. Only consistent feature was every bed felt well worn. Lenny Henry clearly did not stay in this room on the advert! The only redeeming feature of this hotel was the young lady Manning reception, who giving the difficult circumstances was doing her utmost best to help everyone, all with a can do attitude and a smile on her face.

An unavoidable trip resulted in the need to stay in Loughborough. With COVID still influencing caution to my travel and public gatherings, especially with the spike of cases in Leicestershire - it was worrying that not all staff took their COVID safety seriously (especially those responsible for keeping the place clean!). On the day of our departure housekeeping were going door to door both without facemasks, like a modern day Typhoid Mary and her assistant, to enquire on checkout times. This overshadowed their very friendly, helpful, and hospitable colleagues the day before.

1) extra beds weren’t made 2) no extra towels 3) were told it would be sorted in an hour, so we went for a drink (and told them that’s what we were doing) 4) when we returned after an hour and a half - were offered drinks to allow more time to resolve. They then charged us for the drinks 5) poor nights sleep as room was extremely small for 4 of us and the table had to be moved to allow the 4th bed 6) noise from rooms nearby 7) upon Arrival at 3pm, were told as we hadn’t Prebooked we wouldn’t have dinner nor breakfast

Stayed here for a 1 night stay on the 1st of June. Having arrived at about 3pm I was hoping to get to my room and chill for a little bit but the rooms weren’t ready. I was very quickly offered a free drink and within 30 minutes in my room i stayed in 326 a lovely spacious room and nice and quiet. Overall good hotel you pay for what you get and I got a good night sleep in a perfect location for visting my friend who is at uni in Loughborough.
