Very nice ground floor room, modern shower room. Nice to have fresh milk and a little fridge provided. I have some mobility difficulties and the owner was very helpful. Would definitely stay again, very good value

We had the two rooms at the top of the building, both spacious and clean, with all the usual amenities in place: TV, Wifi, tea/coffee/biscuits, hairdryer that can be used next to a mirror ( not always the case in some places! ). Nice to have fresh milk in a jug in the fridge, along with some bottled water. Very... More

In a world where everyone is encouraged to spend their money in Travelodge or Premier Inn, the suburban B & B must feel threatened. However the Edingworth proves that there is no better than good old fashioned service. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Ok so some things are old fashioned but so what? Breakfast was delightful, thoughtfully and well... More

Just stayed here with my sister for a short break, the room was clean, warm and comfortable. The owners were friendly and helpful and cooked exactly what we asked for for breakfast, which was lovely. It's a short walk from a lovely beach, and the sunshine helped too. Would recommend this guest house.

Lovely big room, clean and warm, good shower. Great breakfast and a little earlier than posted on the Saturday to allow me plenty of time to get to work was no problem. Location close to beach and promenade was nice for evening walk too. Thank you!

We had a lovely one night stay here - room was large and extremely clean. I liked the little touch of having fresh milk in the fridge for the tea and coffee that was provided. The breakfast was great - everything you could want and very tasty! Lovely owners too.

I first stayed at the edingworth guest house the night before my wedding on the 5th December 2014. On booking my stay I spoke to a very helpful and friendly lady who booked myself and my sister a twin room and also advised me on local hairdressers and shops close to the guest house. She also arranged for my wedding... More

Having stayed at this Guest House many times in the last few years I can honestly say that it is one of the best that I have ever stayed in, and this last visit has been as excellent as the times before, with the added extra of the wonderful new showers / bathroom suits that have been put in (in... I Have run out of superlatives to describe the wonderful experience which is Edingworth. If you wish to stay in Lowestoft, look no further than Edingworth, with exceptional hosts Mike and Viv (Not to forget Molly the adorable four-legged treasure) This year our room boasted a new bathroom, which was very tastefully done. The food was beautifully cooked, with help-yourself... More

I have been staying here for work purposes over a period of a year now and would not stop anywhere else in Lowestoft All the rooms are cosy and currently being re decorated. All have large flat screen TV's and all rooms have a small fridge. If you are a single traveller, a couple wanting a romantic break or taking... More
