The couple who own this hotel we're very pleasant and very welcoming. The reception area very clean, the room was decorated to a high standard, with a en suite that was extremely clean and the room was a pleasure to stay in even on the ground floor and at the front no noise at all. Did a 1 night stay & was very pleasantly surprised given the price. Room 6 was clean & at the very top & front of the house was large. It had 2 beds, a double & a small single, presumably for a child, in a section partially divided by a wall. There is the standard hotel room furniture: drawers, wardrobe,...

Excellently run by very helpful owners. I had a great room - very clean and well furnished. I slept well and the breakfasts are first class. Overall I would highly recommend the Edingworth Guest House. Thanks very much for my stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. A friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The room we had (No 3) was clean, really nice to find a little fridge in our room with some bottles of water which were replaced each day, if they had been used. The location was perfect for my needs, very central for shopping, fast food, beach walks, etc. Perfect base for visiting my family in Oulton Broad. Comfortable accommodation and breakfasts made to order! Very happy to recommend Edingworth Guest House and will not hesitate to use them again.

Just returned from the Edingworth guest house run by Mike and Viv a.k.a jobsworth and boss lady..if you are staying in Lowestoft and want bed and breakfast then this is the place to go. Very friendly couple, very comfortable rooms and outstanding breakfast...does exactly what it says on the tin. ..definitely going back..thank you Mike and Viv..from Dean and Sharon

Another great stay at this lovely clean and well kept b&b. We were really pleased to see fresh milk and cold water bottles in the room fridge. Breakfast was cver well cooked to our tastes and requested. Mike and Viv were as before excellent hosts.

I really can't add much to all the other glowing reports about this tidy, well-equipped, comfortable B&B situated about 150 yards from the beach. Our room, number 6, was on the top floor with a glimpse of the sea which is always nice. The room had a lovely, comfortable double bed plus, through an archway, a third bed suitable for...

The Erdingwprth guest house is a lovely place to stay it's very clean and very comfortable. It has everything you need for a nice stay.
