Very comfortable and Cosy. My room was well furnished with the feminine touches hotels don't normally have. The staff were very friendly, which created a nice atmosphere amongst the guests. I also enjoyed my breakfast. I have stayed in a couple of places in Lowestoft but this was my favorite.

Conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from Lowestoft centre. The Kingsleigh offers a warm & friendly welcome from the proprietors. Immaculate & comfortable room with small, but effective, en-suite. Good cooked breakfast. Free on-street parking outside if you are lucky, plus large pay & display directly opposite if you're not.

Truly outstanding! I stayed here for over two months whilst on business in Lowestoft. From the first day that I arrived to the day that I sadly left, I genuinely could not fault this establishment. During my trip, I stayed in nearly all the rooms and they were all excellent. It was all and more than you could ever wish...

Stayed there in a twin room while working in the area. I was delighted by the friendly and knowledgeable landlady Theresa. She is warm and welcoming - and an excellent cook too ... breakfast was the best I've had for years. The room was far better than I expected for the price. It was a twin room with wardrobe, T.V,...

Spent 2 nights at the lovely Kingsleigh Guest House, where we were made to feel very comfortable and welcome. Our room was spotless and a great view overlooking the sea. Fab full english breakfast cooked by the lovely Teresa and Paul. We also had the pleasure of meeting their grandchildren who were delightful! We certainly wouldn't hesitate in booking again.....
