Stayed here one night after walking in Southwold. Very clean guesthouse, comfy double bed, seaview and handy for the railway station and centre of town. Excellent breakfast and a lovely couple that own it.

Many thanks for your comments. As you had booked a non en suite, that is what you had. If on your next visit you would like an ensuite, please phone and arrange this.

Arrived just after 5 and received a warm welcome. Our room was on the first floor which over looked the gardens and the circular road. The room was pleasantly decorated and very clean. We had a room that was ensure. It was fully functional and again very clean. It is small but much prefer this than having to share one....

The breakfast we had was very satisfying. As it was quite warm in the room we did have the window open all night, therefore...
