Harbour Lights Guest House - Great place to stay. If you want a great central location for Lowestoft this is the place to stay - off street parking available - owners very welcoming great hosts. Best breakfast in town out standing. True guest house feel fabulously homely. Very clean. Wifi available.

This was our second visit, once again a very warm welcome from Francis and Michael. Stayed in room 5 again which has a lovely sea view. The room was very clean and could sleep 3 people. It had an en suite. Breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of choice. This is a good central location for Lowestoft and well... More

Mr and Mrs Hampshire are great hosts, a lovely B&B in every sense of the word. Clean and spacious rooms, excellent ambience and a great breakfast, car parking at the rear. Would recommend most vigorously.

On arrival very friendly welcome and we were shown to our room - room 2. The room was spotlessly clean, as was the ensuite. We were asked what time we would like breakfast (anywhere between 7-9am). The breakfast we had was very satisfying. As it was quite warm in the room we did have the window open all night, therefore... More

Due to a mix up with a booking at another B&B we ended up unexpectedly at Harbour Lights. Hosts could not have been more welcoming. Don't think we have ever stayed in a cleaner B&B. Room 2 very comfortable, lovely sea views, en-suite shower room. Breakfast good. Windows double glazed so no traffic noise. All round a very nice place... More

My GF and I decided to go somewhere random at the last second and we're pleasantly surprised with what we found. A quiet hotel/b+b that served the purpose very well. We decided to take the sea view room and it was well worth it as the view from the room laying in bed was pretty magical in itself. The bed... More

Friendly B&B in a seafront location easily walkable from the train station and town centre. Comfortable room with great sea view. Room nicely cleaned and towels replaced during our 4 night stay. Breakfast hot and tasty after a bracing early morning dip.

We had double ensuite room at the top of the house overlooking the sea and very central. Very clean and comfortable. Made very welcome by the owners. Fantastic breakfast with variety of choices. We sampled the home made bread and kippers. Delicious! Would thoroughly recommend this guest house.
