Lovely little B&B with off street parking. Well worth a stay here as the lady is so friendly and welcoming. This was my second visit here and I still highly recommend.. Situated not far from a little town centre with shops and places to eat/drink. And only 15mins drive from Blackpool .. Bonus!

Had just one night in room 4. Spacious, comfy huge bed. Lesley was a superb friendly host . Breakfast freshly cooked . Absolutely nothing to criticise in this establishment. Great value for money. Will visit again.

We were in St Anne's to visit my husband's relatives and stayed for six nights. The room is a little small and the shower was tiny(although the water pressure was great), but the location was perfect for us, very close to the train station and just a short walk to the beach and pier. The traditional English breakfast was great,... More

Stayed overnight here and it's a great B&B. Very clean, it's a quiet location, staff very amenable and friendly. Good English breakfast. Reasonable price. Not far from the centre of Lytham and easy to get to Blackpool. Would definitely stay again

Situated in the quiet St Annes in Sea, near the station and bus routes alowing easy access to the Flyde coast. Parking on the front required a little care. Breakfast was excellent, staff friendly and accomodating. The room, whilst small was comfortable. We would recommend this.

When i arrived after being booked in here through my company i was a little unsure having not stayed anywhere by myself before but more as to where to park my big 24 seater bus. However, i managed to fit it nicely on the ladys drive who shortly after had another bus roughly the same size come too. I couldnt... More

Booked a single room and got upgraded to a double. The room was nicely decorated, far better than the usual 'Blackpool' type rooms you get in town. Excellent location right in the centre of St Annes and a good secure car park. As I was meeting up with friends, drink was involved which unfortunately meant I overslept and missed the... More

Stayed for just the one night as a midweek break, close to the station so ideal for hopping on the train to Blackpool then back to the much calmer St Anne's. Despite this, as it's only a quiet line had a very comfortable sleep with easy and safe off road parking right in front of the room for the car.... More

Overall standard of decor and cleanliness was excellent. We were greeted by Lesley by our first names and this attention to detail was a theme of the two nights we spent over August Bank Holiday. Breakfast was also excellent, plenty of good quality food - definitely no corners cut there. ( Even had gluten free bread for me). Within walking... More
