Arrived there with a coach party of pensioner's from a dancing club and pensioner's club. From the moment we stepped of the coach the staff couldn't do enough for us. My room was nice and warm . We had a great night on Friday, our entertainment from Val was excellent. Our

I can't really fault this hotel, there were some minor things but they are so minor that they don't matter. The breakfast was more an adequate and of a good standard (I've seen that the sausages aren't to everyone's taste but personally I liked them), perhaps there could be more

A coach tour with Caledonian travel, (excellent driver, Roger), great fun. A lovely location by the beach, room fine, food good for the price we paid. Chris the waiter was excellent, ten out of ten for customer service. Would go back.

No it does not have a swimming pool but there is a public swimming pool a few hundred yards up the road, you can reach the shopping area by turning left as you leave the hotel and left again when you are opposite the promenade, range of shops, cafes, pubs etc. it will take around ten minutes to walk.

As far as I am aware this hotel is suitable for disabled people. Many fellow guests had mobility scooters but whether they were owned or rented, I could not say. My advice is to ring the hotel and speak to the daughter who is mainly on reception. She is very kind and helpful and I am sure if you explain the circumstances she will do everything she can to help.As Lytham St Annes has many retirees there will be a percentage with mobility problems and I think perhaps there will be some organisation locally who may be able to assist. Best wishes and enjoy your holiday at this lovely hotel and pretty town
