Used this hotel for a Country music weekend, this hotel is a little dated but very clean the staff were friendly and down to earth. An excellent full English breakfast was served with cereal and fresh fruit juice also a good choice on the menu for evening meals. The rooms were spacious with good clean showers and plenty of hot... Friendly staff. Food good. Our room 110 was too warm. It had a bent regulator on the radiator and although we turned it to off it still came on with timer and was extremely hot. I reported it at reception but nothing was done. Just as well there was a ceiling fan and we opened the window, but had to... More

One night stay to attend a party in St Annes. We arrived a bit late. Very friendly staff who showed us straight to the room which was fine. Very large comfy bed (though we spent only a short time in it.) Full English breakfast was super with pleasant attendant staff . All in all a pleasant stay.

First impressions the hotel is rather dated, but comfortable, they seem to be in the process of a large up grade, we had a lovely big bedroom 6" wide double bed with a wonderful sea view. Partly refurbished shower room clean and functional. If I had to be picky the kettle tooooo big to go under tap and the quality... More

I made a fundamental mistake of not doing more research on TA about this hotel. In over 40 years of extensive travel around the UK and in many countries overseas, both my wife and I have never experienced a situation of having to pay for bath or shower toiletries. It has also been unusual for us to have to settle... More

Hotel guest are given tidy room to sit in. Way too expensive £120 a night. Hotel decor run down. Do not bother. No staff... More
