We had a triple room on the front with an excellent view. Furniture a bit worn, but it didn't stop us sleeping. Very comfy, clean beds, which did help us sleep. Banksy Coffee bar very modern and well presented, nice staff. Breakfast room very basic and a table hadn't been set for. This was soon rectified, and we had a... More

Stayed for a few days, first visit to the area. Nicely positioned on the sea front Shame we didn't have a sea view. Nice family room with tea and coffee facilities, would have preferred more privacy in the bathroom with it having no lock and a glass door. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Will he sure to come again

Booked via booking.com in March for a 1 night stay in July. Probably got a good deal on a double room for £75 b&b given that Noel Gallagher was headlining Lytham festival that night. Glad I arrived in daylight as the signs were difficult to spot when I got back at midnight. Very friendly welcome. Nice seaview room with a... More

Visited with husband and 5 year old grandson. Lovely, spacious room with great view of the promenade and beach. The bathroom was large with a walk in shower but no bath. We had a very warm welcome and were made to feel at home. We offered to pay on arrival but, unfortunately we were overcharged. This was a genuine mistake... More

My family enjoyed our 3 night stay at this lovely hotel. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our meals and time on the fantastic terrace. We will definitely be back! Great value all round!

Average hotel - staff very friendly but bar closed early. Rooms were clean but the bed in the room left allot to be desired. The mattress was very poor and was very noisy - worst bed ever. Car parking was limited to four vehicles otherwise park on side of road. Breakfast was ample - limited options. The hotel was however... More

We stayed one night, for which I am grateful . Reception service terminates quite early in the evening so arriving late is a problem. A shoe horn would have helped us both to fit into the room and a loudspeaker to communicate once in our separate beds - 10 feet apart! The place is clean and staff pleasant.

We stayed here for just one night and I'm so pleased it wasn't for any longer. We were given a twin room that was almost 'passage like' with the two beds positioned end to end with a wardrobe between them. The view from the window was a brick wall... I'm attaching photos. At a cost of £75 this was a... More
