I stayed here with my husband this week for two nights. From the moment we arrived, the service was friendly and welcoming. Generously large bedroom(2) with a smart bathroom, hot shower, comfy huge bed and a seating area near the pretty sash Windows. Wonderful views out to countryside and less than five mins walk to the town or the gorgeous... More

What a great find Radcliffe was for us. My wife and I have never stayed in a B&B before, 'preferring' the comforts and convenience of 4* + hotels in the past, so it was with some trepidation that we approached the front door two nights ago! Our fears were unfounded however as Andy and Beth have made a fantastic mini... More

We stayed recently and it was lovely, the room had a beautiful view over the river and nicely decorated. The owners are really nice and friendly, it was close to the town and some lovely pubs that you can sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. We were a bit worried about the street parking, but no need we easily found... More

Stayed with wife and 12 year old daughter. We loved it here. Its quiet and quirky - like living in the crooked house. stayed in the attic suite - one double bed with river views, one twin room, one lounge and nice bathroom. Only fault is the electric shower which was piping hot then freezing cold. (this is a common... More

Andy & Bethan were very welcoming and the view from our room was simply fantastic. Breakfast, freshly made to order, was the perfect start to the day. The guest house is perfectly placed for a walk along the river or a short stroll into town where there is good choice of restaurants and pubs.

I was so excited when I saw our attic suite – a beautifully decorated room with double bed for us (along with a walk-in wardrobe!) and another with two single beds for our teenage sons. On top of this, there was a very comfortable sitting space, lovely bathroom with fluffy bath towels and a small area with tea-making facilities and... More

We arrived at just before 1800 on a Sunday evening to find the nearest and only remaining on street parking space several hundred yards away down the steep Wye Street. I couldn't find any parking restrictions but checked by asking the proprietor who answered "if you've parked legally it's fine." I looked at him quizzically thinking is that some type... More

We apologise that your stay with us was not as comfortable as it should have been, we do work very hard to try and ensure our guests have everything they need to enjoy their visit. We were somewhat surprised that you were cold, as we too sleep here and found the house a comfortable temperature. We also asked the other... More

The guest house is just off the main high street overlooking the river wye. We booked the 2 bedroom guest suite at the top of the property for my wife and I together with our 13yo. The guest house was spotless and decorated in sympathetic pastels with good furniture and quality fixtures and fittings. Being on the top floor 'attic'... More

Booked the Radcliffe for a short break in Ross-on-Wye having read excellent reviews. They were all correct! Host & hostess extremely welcoming and helpful. We had the large double room on the first floor - very clean & comfortable. Breakfast was also very good. Close to town centre and River Wye for nice walks. Free Wi-Fi throughout. Only thing to...
