Just got back from a 2 night stay here its absolutely disgusting. Pictures on the website are very deceiving and isn't as it says it is. The room is in the basement with only a bed and wardrobe in no tea coffee making facilities available bathroom across the hallway said it was our own personal bathroom yet people were going... More

I booked the hotel online. I read the reviews after booking. So we were a tad nervous. Read the other reviews and you'll get my point. The hotel is being redone. We did indeed have a basement room. From my photos .. You will see it is the same room as the some of the other reviews. Bad point was... More

Stayed for just a night. Work is still ongoing so expect it not too look perfect. It is a work in progress. The room was a basement room. I nicknamed it " The Hobbit Hole " That's not a negative. I liked the funkiness of it. It is nicely done. It is a budget hotel getting on its feet. Run... More

Not as bad as the 2015 reviews. They have obviously been upgrading. Room was in basement, with no windows anywhere. Bed, TV and shower were OK, but no carpet, bedside table, bedside light, alarm etc. Access down a steep flight of stairs, daunting with a large suitcase. No other facilities, and an un-promising entrance, but just about met the bill... More

On the corner of a busy road (adjacent to the Bus station). Rang a door bell at least three times before some one came to book us in. The reception room was derelict room (seriously) with a table, light ,computer and a clip board. A security door downstairs to the basement, room 1 was cramped (double bed/broken wardrobe and side... I selected this hotel as it was perfect for location and the pictures that were given on the website were appealing. On arrival we had to press a bell to gain access we were let in by a staff member who provided a key and led us into the basement, opened the door told us where the shower was and... More

When I went to check into hotel there was no clear check in desk just a door with enquiries written on it & when I pressed bell the guy that answered (eventually) said that he'd only taken over 2 wks ago & was in the process of... This is not a hotel, for working people sightseers or visitors to the city. It is clearly a hostel used by the local council as emergency accommodation. The facilities are truly awful its is in the terrible state of disrepair. the building is not up to code with electrics and plumbing. Sadly there are no redeeming features for this place... More

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at - it absolutely stank, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months and contained the down and outs of Wolverhampton that the council can't house!!! This is not repeat not at hotel - it is a dirty stinking hovel and the people who run the place should be charged with... More
