We've just been there for one night, the hotel is lovely and feel like home. The main entrance has got 24hrs access and the stuffs are all very nice. The facilities are average. Just a little pity things is a bit dampness, maybe coz the history of the house. Anyway, very enjoy and suitable the people who really like quiet... More

Arrived late last night never the less got a great welcome. I was checked in then shown to my room. The room was a large double well laid out with all the facilities you need. The shower was great this morning now I'm just waiting for my breakfast which has just arrived. Good start to a busy day.

Our party stayed in two rooms for one night as a stop over on the way down south. We were delighted with how clean and comfortable our rooms were and with the eclectic design of both the hotel itself and the surrounding garden. Mum was particularly taken with the flowers planted in bird baths dotted around and plans to recreate... More

We stayed for a second time to attend our son's graduation at RAF Cosford the next day. Booked two rooms , one a twin for my mother and daughter and a double. The hotel was very helpful when I asked about access and they gave us ground floor rooms so no stairs were involved. As before the breakfast was amazing... More

We really loved this quant hotel, this is an old listed building with wooden floors and large, heavy doors, so can be a little noisy but the charm and original period features from the arts and crafts movement more than compensate for this, this is excellent value for money would happily have paid much more, the breakfast for £7 extra... Thanks for taking the time to post your review. Built in 1909-1913, it does take a great deal of upkeep, but it's worth it! The breakfast is comprehensive and hopefully great value for money, so thanks for mentioning it. Please call Keith on 01902 341751 to book, when you return in the future. Many thanks, John. More

This is our first visit to this hotel, what a delight, this is a fine example of the arts and crafts movement, I can't believe how reasonably priced this hotel is, the breakfast whilst an additional charge is good quality and so much for the money, planning on visiting again next month.

There are many many good points to this hotel. It is beautifully kept & immaculately clean. The public rooms are delightfully quirky with the owners obviously having a very good eye for style. Also the cooked breakfast (extra cost) was one of nicest we have eaten, high quality ingredients & very fresh. The downside (and reason for only 3*)'was our... More

Thank you for your review, which was a little bitter-sweet. I am glad that you liked the hotel décor, cleanliness and comprehensive breakfast selection for only £7. Your opinions about the corridor and room were less favourable, but I can only comment on the facts. The corridor is 4 feet wide and nearly 20 feet long with a 3 foot... More
