Sarah must be the friendliest hotel manger on the south coast! Nothing is too much trouble and she is always helpful. Rooms are a good size and quiet and the kitchenette area with fridge and microwave is a godsend is if you are living away from home. Breakfasts are always promptly delivered and delicious. A great place to stay.

We had a lovely two night stay here, in the twin room. Our hosts showed a lot of care, made us a delicious bespoke hot breakfast in the mornings, provided a parking permit and gave us excellent tips about getting in to work in Brighton and back. This is more of a home opened up to guests than a hotel....

Sarah and Colin looked after us a treat during our two night stay. We had a warm and friendly welcome, being greeted also by Lola, the Saint Bernard puppy, and her Yorkie companions too! We were given Room 3, on the first floor, which overlooks the rear of the hotel. Situated in a quiet side street, just off the A29...

Stayed here while working locally in Worthing. Fantastic place - spotlessly clean, homely, great location, fast free wifi, common room with microwave/fridge etc. Colin and Sarah were always very helpful - even storing my items for me when going home at weekends! Couldn't ask for better. Would highly recommend for any business or holiday stays.
