Spotlessly clean, sumptuous breakfast and owners are friendly and obliging, great place to stay.I will be staying again without a doubt. I stayed in the single room at the back overlooking the garden, it's on the small side but very peaceful and has everything you would need.

We spent three nights here, and everything was good. Our bedroom and shower-room had everything that we needed. Beautifully clean. Excellent breakfasts. Enough space to park car. Guest House is an easy walk to the seafront and nearby restaurants.

Have stayed there twice now and both times got a warm welcome. The small extras in the rooms are amazing and thoughtful. It's spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Great location, 5 minutes from the seafront and many great restaurants and bars nearby. Complete value for money. Free breakfast which I didn't have but it smelt great!!
