Well worth the stay, breakfast is wonderful, plenty of choice including home made jams and marmalade. We stayed in room 1 which was spacious and spotlessly cleaned. The home made biscuits in the rooms and fresh milk in the fridge is a lovely touch

This is a great little B&B, close to the seafront. The attention to detail includes fresh milk in the fridge in the bedrooms for tea; a hot water bottle for my mid-winter stay; (as well as an extra heater); a beautifully cooked breakfast and a pretty garden out back. The hostess was kind, thoughtful and very pleasant. The bedding was...

We stayed just the one night but wish it had been longer. Guest house was very clean everywhere. Room very comfortable and warm. Extra touches included wine glasses and corkscrew in the room and use of iron if needed. Excellent breakfast, particularly the homemade marmalade.

We have stayed in Worthing many times. This is by far the best place we have stayed in.This was our second visit to this beautifully decorated B&B. We were made to feel very welcome, with coffee bought to our room on arrival, and the homemade biscuits! You have everything you need from toiletries, hairdryer to the little fridge with water...

We are regulars to Heenefields. Always a busy B&B. Always look forward to staying here. Lovely welcome. Very comfortable rooms. Breakfast never disappoints. We truly have not found a B&B to match Heenefields. Thank you once again.

We've been to Worthing many times staying at another B&B but this time we stayed here and were really pleased with the room and the way we were looked after! We had off road parking and the room we stayed in was spacious and had a lot of drawer space! At breakfast you had plenty of choice and it was...

Conveniently located a few minutes walk from Worthing's West End, Heenefields Guest House is in my opinion the best place to stay in Worthing (and I have stayed at most of the B&Bs and hotels). The rooms are beautifully decorated and immaculately clean, and the breakfast is second to none. The owners, Linda and Mark, genuinely seem to be always...

Delightful hostess and home from home comfort. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and Linda had thought of lots of unexpected extras such as a mini fridge in the room and homemade biscuits and chocolates each day. The breakfast was excellent and kept us going all day. The guest house is situated a few minutes from the front and within easy walking...

Bit of luxury at this immaculately presented Guest House. Breakfast couldn't have been better. A truly delightful place to enjoy our stay and hosts so friendly and welcoming. Best Guest House we've ever stayed in! Just a couple of minutes walk to the seaside. We cannot recommend this establishment more highly for cleanliness, beautiful decor and the best freshly cooked...

Stayed in the Premier Room for one night whilst attending a family wedding. Room was excellent. Very comfortable bed. Beautifully decorated and furnished room. Extremely clean including the bathroom. Linda was very helpful, friendly and welcoming, with a pot of tea and yummy biscuits on arrival and pre-booking a taxi for us. Ample on site parking. Very enjoyable breakfast in...
