We booked this place on the strength of the reviews in here. Please beware - many of them refer to the food which is decent- the (upgraded and more expensive) room we stayed in... number 5- was not - not at all. To their credit we weren't charged in the end, but this is the first hotel ever (and we've... More

We stayed here whilst we visited my daughter in Yeovil and thought we'd bagged a bargain being a four star hotel but were disappointed with what we found. The staff were very helpful. Our room, room number 5 if I remember rightly, had a single small window but the staff fetched us a fan from a vacant room as the... More

We stopped at The Green Room for a Saturday night. Our room was clean but small and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The staff we met were very friendly & made us welcome even directing us to the car park over the phone as its a bit difficult to find. The bed was a little hard for... More

A little bit aged but very nice place to stay, exceptionally friendly service and a nice breakfast (I skipped on the full English for an added 6.5GBP due to business dinners every evening). Bed comfortable, nice shower, good WLAN.

This was the first time I had been to this venue and went for lunch on recommendation of a friend. Well, I cannot praise it enough, food was the quality of a top restaurant and prices are unbelievable, 3 amazing courses for £9.95. I will now be a regular at this establishment, I could not fault it,

I had booked for 3 nights in March as I was in the area for job interviews. I was travelling down from Cumbria and they were so helpful with replying to emails checking my arrival time. Upon arrival I was shown to my lovely room and the whole time I was there service was with a smile. They ended up... More

Great pub accommodation in the centre of Yeovil - friendly staff and clean rooms equipped with tea, coffee, biscuits and water. The room we were in was quite small but as we were only there overnight, not a problem. The little courtyard is nice for a sit outside and the use of the netting overhead a great idea to keep... Really great staff who are really cheery and helpful. We had a set menu that was delicious and great value. We had a choice of soups then main and dessert. A busy little restaurant that ticks all the boxes. Highly recommended

The room was delightful, clean and modern. The bed very comfortable with crisp cotton sheets. The shower was powerful and soaps/shampoo included. The staff are excellent, very polite and helpful. Continental breakfast was great with a good selection. Internet included. Loved my experience here. Close to the County Court where I had my divorce Hearing. Great value and central location.

Stayed here while attending a works course nearby for 2 nights. It felt more like we were on a mini break. After an evening arrival, we were given a very warm welcome, showed to our rooms by a very helpful member of staff before popping down for a drink in the restaurant bar.Really good nights sleep (as it was so...
