Good size room. Friendly staff and then there was breakfast!!!..It isn't hard is it... 2 times I asked for coffee 15 mins later no coffee... ordered breakfast 15 mins later no breakfast..... after a total of 20 mins waiting and no breakfast or coffee enough...More
A group of 15 all met for afternoon tea, the room was comfortable and clean , and nicely decorated for Xmas. The service was good and courteous, the selection of sandwiches was good and plentiful and the cakes and scones were really tasty, more than...More
Friends and I stayed overnight at the hotel and had a warm welcome on check in... We had some requests at check in which were dealt with swiftly. Rooms were clean and good value for money. Would recommend
The bar downstairs smelt a little damp. People were in 3 rooms if you were not in the room with the disco the music sounded a little distorted.
Food was ok not great Brussels they were as hard as rocks!

Do not use this hotel the rooms are old and smelly and so small the beds are uncomfortable and the internet does not work and there are no lifts if you wished to eat in the evening you were shoved into a back room as...More
