The guest house is extremely clean with good beds, linen & pillows. Large room with en-suite. All facilities in very good order. Lovely breakfast with fresh coffee & good service. Road outside is very busy if you are a light sleeper.

The staff, the bedrooms, the facilities and the atmosphere are all first class. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. We could not have asked for anything more. If you are visiting Banbury this is the place to stay.

We stayed here for one night last weekend, in the family room. There were 2 single beds and one double bed. The room was spacious enough to handle all 4 of us and there was attached shower and WC. The staff was courteous and helpful. They have a folder with menus from local restaurants which we found very useful for dinner.... More

We stayed here just for the one night as we were seeing a band in Banbury. We had a lovely welcome and was given a voucher for their favourite Indian restaurant which was snapped up! Our room was very tidy but just a tad on the small side as it looks like the en suite was a recent addition. Breakfast... More

We were made to feel very welcome in this lovely guest house, which is well situated for Banubury and exceptionally clean and well presented. Our room was spacious, bed comfortable and cooked breakfast hearty and delicous. The owners also gave us an excellent recommedation for dinner at a local restaurant.

I recently stayed 2 nights at the Fairlawns whilst visiting the British Grand Prix. As usual we identified this location as a result of reviews placed on this site. On arrival we were met by very friendly and welcoming staff and as a bonus our room was ready. The room itself was up in the attic space the sloping roof... More

The stay was enjoyable although we were out and about most of the time. Breakfast was very good and catered for most tastes. The room we stayed in was to the rear of the property and met our requirements. It had an en-suite bath/shower and toilet which was clean. There was also tea and biscuits in the room. The bed...
