Nice room but thin walls as could hear people in corridoors and people having sex in next room. Also the tv remote was affected by the table lamp which could not be moved as it was screwed down. Solution was to turn lamp off.

Usual Premier Inn quality. Clean and comfortable room, but a bit small. For an bernightbstay this was not a problem. Good Wifi and large screen TV. Understand this was the first Premier Inn in UK. Easy access to breakfast in adjacent Watermill Beefeater.

Basildon...! What can you say.! Room clean and tidy. Breakfast average to poor. Staff going through the motions. Prefer Travel Lodge. We went for the meal deal which saved us a minimal amount. Didn't include the menu choices we would have liked. House wine was pretty good. Room price appears OK but add on breakfast etc etc and it's no...

This hotel is opposite Northlands Park. Great for duck feeding with your children, or just a nice place to walk. The hotel is situated off of a roundabout, but the noise has never kept us awake. Staff are friendly and helpful. Just pray you don't get children, in the room above yours, who jump from bed to floor in the...

We have stayed at quite a few Premier inns, this was the smallest room (no bath) warm and comfortable, a few things missing, tea bags and only one hand towel. Our biggest problem was (I know it was New Years Eve, we were back late ourselves, we came in quietly. we were rudely awakened about 2.30 am with shouting from...

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, in particular Robert. The room was a good size, I booked a family room to be sure. The hypnos bed very comfortable and with triple glazing although we faced the main road we experienced no noise. The room suited us perfectly, though although the bathroom was clean and we had a steady supply...
