I have stayed in Braemar before and once again very much enjoyed the experience. The owners are lovely and welcoming, and always offer information about the surrounding area. The bedrooms are beautiful, with en suite bathrooms and comfortable beds. A variety of breakfast options, which are all delicious, and you will be greeted by friendly staff every morning. Would definitely... More

The place is fine, clean and the breakfast is great - but, they insist the latest you can have breakfast is 9am - we are on holiday! And - you had to be out your room by 10.15 every day even though we were staying 2 nights - surely they don't clean the rooms all at the same time? Also... More

I visited with three friends for a girls weekend in Buxton. We were met by who I think was the owner she showed us to our rooms but didn't make us feel particularly at home (which is what I hope for at a B&B). As soon as we arrived we were expected to make breakfast choices which felt rushed. The... More

Our room was lovely, clean with on suit which was real plus,... More

Nice clean and friendly B&B. The location is ideal for walking into the town centre which takes about 10 min or walking further into the countryside. The room (3) was very nice and comfortable with everything we needed though the toilet / shower was a bit on the small side it was not a problem. There was a good choice... More

Fine example of how a b&b should be run, lovely comfortable ensuite room with nice tv and coffee making facilities. Just a minutes walk through the park into the town centre. A real home from home b&b. A good hearty breakfast to set you up for the day, served with a smile. Thank you Roger & Marie for a really... More

Buxton is a lovely Victorian spa town with beautiful park, pavilion and opera house. Lots of walks and great places to visit locally. Braemar - large, old stone property with spacious rooms. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast - needed to order cooked breakfast the evening before and couldn't make your mind up in the morning. FRESH fruit salad available every morning,... More
