From the second Sue greets you to the momment you leave you will be overwelmed by her friendliness and sense of fun....a sparkling lady. The rooms are very clean and the decor is great. Breakfast is really good and the whole experience is a pleasure. Situated just off the town centre, 3 mins from the buses in the square. We... More

Ash Corner truly feels like a home from home - only a much tidier and comfortable home than my own! Sue's attention to every detail make you feel very cared for. With comfortable beds, cosy furnishings and spotless cleanliness throughout, I have really enjoyed both times I have stayed at Ash Corner. Breakfast is excellent too. At £30 pn for... More

I have just returned from a 2 night stay at Ash Corner where we had a lovely stay. This was our second booking there (we stayed at the same time last year) and both visits have been great. We had a twin en-suite which was nice and clean, pretty and had the comfiest beds! The room facilities are just what... More

Just back from a two night stay. This was my first visit and hopefully will not be my last. From the moment the front door was opened it felt like I was visiting an old friend. Our room had a double and a single bed in it. There was a feel that the room was freshly decorated. Great shower room... More

We stayed two nights as part of a Ncrowd voucher. We had talked about going to the Peak District and this seemed like a great place to have as a base for the park. The hotel was great. We were a little early but this was not a problem for Sue, the owner, who showed us to our room, showed... More

We had a lovely stay at the Ash Corner thanks to our son booking via voucher website. We are going to book our next stay for march 2015. Sue was so warm and caring that nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are immaculate, a real home from home. There were little added extras like dvds to borrow, books to... More

Stopped here for a couple of nights, good room and breakfast, Sue was very friendly and welcoming. Had a meal at the Dome Restuarant, served and cooked by the students, can highly recommend. Buxton is a great place to visit, dont miss out on a great b&b.
