From the minute we arrived to find the owners waiting to give us a parking permit, we knew our stay would be an utter pleasure. The owners, Mark & Leigh, can't do enough for you, from handy tips for good food, sights to visit or offering you a welcome drink on the house. Whilst the view out of the rear...

Situated close to the front 10to12 is ideally located for the town as well as walking to the neighbouring resorts of Hythe and Sandgate. We received a warm welcome, including a welcome drink, parking permit and useful advice on where to eat and what to see. Immaculately clean, great facilities, generous breakfast - what's not to like? Highly recommended.

Just spent two nights here, and its lovely, really nice room, close to everything, but as nice as it is, the real joy, is Mark and Leigh. From the moment you arrive, and are offered a welcome drink, nothing is too much trouble. Everything about this place is quality. Really enjoyed our stay, and would not consider staying anywhere else in...

My wife and I are seasoned travellers, and have stayed in very many B & Bs. This B. & B. with a memorable name is the best we've ever found anywhere. The rooms are absolutely huge. Big comfortable bed, snowy white towels, great breakfasts. A husband and wife team run the place with obvious pride in getting everything right. Spotless,...

This is a really fantastic place to stay. The location is just a minute's walk from the Leas and the Leas Cliff Hall and, unlike the Best Western, offers free parking, which is usually easily available. The rooms are large, comfortable and beautifully decorated with very comfy beds and armchairs. The real bonus though is the welcome you get from...

Elegant hotel, minutes from everything. The owners are extremely friendly and attentive. Breakfast is great and rooms are lovely. Public parking nearby (hotel gives a free permit which allows you to stay till 12 noon the next day). We were welcomed with a complimentary glass of wine and this excellent level of friendly service continued throughout our stay. I would...

Stayed here for 2 nights last weekend after reading the other reviews and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. On arrival after a rainy 4 hour journey from "up north" the welcome we received from Leigh was warm and friendly . After a quick check in we were given helpful information about our location to the town (5 mins walk) and seafront...
