Stayed here for a few days on business. Hotel just seems to be used by prostitutes and young couples, not that I have a problem with either but it just made the entire visit rather noisy. The food was acceptable at breakfast and dinner but really wasn't a particularly pleasant stay.

Just returned from 4 days at Grand Burstin. This is my second visit and definitely requires an urgent complete refurb. So many moaners but didn't stop them piling their plates at breakfast and dinner. For the money, you get good value. Rooms basic but clean and spacious, could do with new furniture though, had to fix the chest of drawers...

checked in on monday evening with husband and kids. food was plentiful and cooked well, Abit uninspiring though. Lady at restaurant door was excellent...full of hospitality. Room was dated and needing a makeover. The entertainment, with exception of the bingo, was really well done. For the money, yes I would stay here again.

I've never stayed at this type of hotel before so it was a bit of a culture shock for me. The hotel is used mainly by all-inclusive coach holidays, and includes entertainment, bingo, etc. Sort of Pontins in a hotel. I'd booked a single room for 2 nights and was sent off to the "annexe" above the Victoria Restaurant which...

It's our third and last stay at the Grand Burstin. Knowing how much a room costs we never expect too much. The check in took 45 minutes. We requested a certain room with balcony but when we booked in they never had a recollection of that request. Our room was 235 on the second floor. When walking down the corridor...

My wife and I spent four nights at the Burstin Hotel March 2017. we were given a room on the third floor which turned out to be facing rear of the building. The corridors had grubby walls and doors, there was a musty smell and carpets were sticky under foot. The room was awful, dirty and the smell hit you...

Booked a premier room through hotels.com. Turned up and they told me it was just a standard sea view. Apparently hotels.com advertise it as premier just because it has a sea view... paid £69 for an average room so I had to cancel it hopefully will get a refund!

Given our room. on arrival to the room the window was broken and you could not close it. there was a cold wind coming in. the room was...
