Four of us went down to this new hotel for New Year's Eve. Fantastic staff throughout, they really made an effort to ensure that the entire evening went off with a bang. Bar staff were constantly busy, but never a long wait for drinks, they even had a smaller temporarupy bar rigged up by the dance floor to minimise dance-drink...

Large friendly and recently smartly refurbished hotel. Lovely large room with sea view, very tasty bar snacks and helpful waiting staff. Breakfast was not much to shout about but adequate. Altogether very recommended for a short stay.

Room 108 looks directly over the wonderful Leas with a floor to ceiling bay window that makes the most of this glorious view. I can understand why you would be reluctant to put anything in front to obscure uninterrupted views across to France. However, to enjoy the view, there is only one chair ( at the desk) so if a...

Obviously recently re-furbished to a good standard. Had a fantastic overnight New Year stay with free glasses of champagne, Prosecco, buffet and a party with live music & dancing. All in all a great night. The room was warm and comfortable, well appointed with a huge double bed, en-suite, TV and tea & coffee facilities. The food in the buffet...

We were in Folkestone yesterday looking at property and as we had arrived an hour early we noticed this Hotel right on the Promenade. My husband went in and asked if they served coffee which they did so we entered into a ultra modern reception and then into a lounge with the sun streaming in the windows. There was a...

Stayed at the hotel with my family on New Year Eve. Hotel still had the decorations up from Christmas and it looked stunning, even on a wet typical New Years Day. Staff could not be more helpful and friendly. The rooms have some lovely quaint touches making it seem like everytime you stay there you could experience sometime different in...

Went to the View Hotel Folkestone with a few friends on New Years Eve for a party that the hotel hosted and was not disappointed. The staff were extremely efficient when we arrived and were in our rooms within 5 minutes of arrival. Our room had a great view of the sea and was top quality. The restaurant food is...

Stayed at the hotel for their New Year eve party. Nice reception area and beautifully stripped back bricks in stair well in this newly refurbished hotel. Cocktails inventive and very tasty. Food was lovely, praise to the chef for the fresh salmon display, never seen better! Excellent home cooked food throughout. Maybe some sofas and rugs in the bar area...
