There was NO LIGHT IN THE ROOM, not joking. Hotel is falling apart and is worst by far within that area (I have stayed in Clifton, Southcliff and Grand Canaria in that area) Radiator in room was making such loud noises that I could sleep in fear of it exploding and boiling me alive.

The hostel was filthy, extremely run down and littered with rubbish, ranging from food and wrappers to underwear and dirty nappies. Luckily we only needed an emergency overnight bed for new year, but I would never return. It made me very sad to stay here.

Needed a hotel for a stop over on the way to France. This so called Hotel is nothing more than a hostel for homeless people or similar. There was rubbish everywhere. Sweet wrappers and burst balloon debris was in the corridor when we arrived and it was still there when we left. The room next to us was occupied by... More

We needed a basic B and B for the night and at £30 for a twin room with en suite facilities and a full English breakfast included - this was excellent value. Not luxurious by any stretch of the imagination, but a spacious room and comfortable beds. Very pleasant family run place.

Booked a family room, we were given the key and made our way up to where we were put. Along the way there were dirty old sofas and filthy buggies lining the route. The room itself was run down, and we couldn't have a bath or shower as neither worked. We were moved to another room, same scenario, but this... More

We booked very last minute as a bed before we caught the tunnel at 7am. We arrived at 9pm the staff were really helpful, there were rooms but none were made up ready, so the staff were amazing at trying to get us sorted as soon as possible, really friendly and very apologetic. They made us feel really welcome. The... More
