Came late one saturday and was still able to check in, the man on the reception helped me with my bags up 2 flights of stairs, Really comfy bed, nice, clean room. Only bad point was loud drunken guests coming in even late but that's hardly the hotels fault.

I booked in here for one night as it was very convenient for the town centre. The welcome was friendly and all the information relating to my stay was given. Even though I was travelling alone I was given a twin room with en-suite and it was spotlessly clean and comfortable with ample tea and coffee making facilities. Everything worked... More

We stayed for five nights while visiting family and moved rooms during our stay. All the beds were very comfortable and the rooms well maintained 'though varying in size (a bit of "after you" to get round the bed in room 10). We wouldn't recommend the breakfast (a walk up to the cafe in Greenhead park served us well) but... More

I stayed here on Saturday with a friend for my birthday. The hotel looks so beautiful from the outside and the room didn't disappoint either. The hotel staff were pleasant and attentive and our room was clean and spacious with a flat screen TV, fridge and hairdryer along with a beautifully tiled bathroom. We would most definitely stay here again!!!!

We stayed here while visiting the area, holmfirth, haworth and found it on the edge of Huddersfield. Breakfast was good with a nice friendly service. The room was quiet and comfortable and off road parking .reasonably priced , the owner is in the process of extending and upgrading so in the future will be very good indeed

Nothing very special, actually 10-15 min walk from train station and quite uphill. But room big and with fridge which is a big plus. Room needs restoration and breakfast needs to be prepared if you don´t go for the kellogs. Wifi very bad. Constantly missing connection. But still I liked the hotel, Quiet, clean and friendly staff.

I have stayed here on a few occasions and you get what you pay for . Always found it to be clean and tidy on each stay . Of course this is not top of the range hotel but as far as B&Bs go its good . The staff have always been friendly also . I can't comment on the... More
