Very disappointed. Bad behaviour. Rude staff. Message for the Ladies please stay away. The smell in the room was awful. The bed felt comfortable for a few minutes then the springs where poking my back. Owner himself was very rude. Just grumpy and very fake. Felt like a hurry and get out of here feeling. I didn't feel welcomed. Food was awful. As I was leaving I saw the Owner/Manager and two members of his staff in the car park throwing rubbish over the fence into the gardens of the local residents. They even stood there staring into the windows of one of the houses watching a young girl in her bedroom. I was disgusted. Imagine what they do to their customers. They were literally taking turns walking up and down the car park staring directly into the bedroom of this girl. Is that even allowed in this country? This is harassment. Do they do the same to their female customers staying at their place I wonder. I had to bring this up as I have a wife, sisters and daughters. This place girls should stay well clear of. I was disgusted.

hotel not in a good condition. but biggest issue i had was with the owner / manager Tyagi. this man was despicable, he came into my room while i was in there. he used his masterkey to get in. his excuse was he wanted to check if the room was occupied i was upset over this. imagine if i had no clothes on. even then while talking to me i can visibly see this disgusting excuse of a human being was staring at me and my chest . he has no respect the way he speaks to guests and even his own staff. he knows no english whatsoever but loves to butt in to other conversation. he made a poor girl in reception cry by shouting at her. stay away from the hotel and if you still do decide to stay keep an eye out for this TYAGI BASTARD!

Absolutely terrible hotel, the pictures of it on late rooms etc are old pictures from when it was a nice hotel, there’s dirty mattresses outside on the street, none of the rooms locks work, you have to get the man from reception to let you in and out of your room, the rooms are very run down and uncomfortable, I stayed for a few days with no tv or food to be had there, steer clear

Took one look in my room, turned round and walked out, receptionist took my complaint and when I asked for a refund she said she would have to speak to the manager who wasn't there, NO refund has been received or any contact from the hotel manager. Room was a joke, very small for a double room, had NO window only two small skylight type velux windows in the ceiling, both of which had cardboard taped over the glass (no curtains or blinds), they wernt even fitted properly and the expanding foam used to seal them in the roof was clearly visible all the way round. Room was extremely noisy being on the front of the building and very very hot. Didn't bother to look at the bathroom. Car Park is just an area of rough ground at the back. Internally the building is shabby and shows all the signs of not being looked after. Don't waste your money here.

We only stayed here out of necessity but my god... I could not wait to leave this place. Firstly it's so dated, awful decor, dust, dirty rooms, hair all over the ensuit floor, uncomfortable beds. Secondly we had paid for breakfast only to be told the next morning that they don't do breakfast at weekends. Was told that the manager would call us to arrange a refund, but he never did and after multiple attempts to contact this so called 'manager', I had to phone reception again to be told that the manager refuses to give a refund. The manager is hardly there and quite clearly doesn't give a crap about customer satisfaction. Thirdly at 8pm on the day they phoned us telling us the electricity and water had gone so the room wasn't available. When prompted to say that they owed us compensation and alternative accommodation... Miraculously everything was fixed. And the night time reception staff had said there were no issues dues the day. Lies.. All lies. Awful hotel. No quality at all, don't believe the name. Would urge people to avoid this place. Just don't do it. Worst place I've ever stayed. If you have to stay here out of necessity... Don't get the breakfast... Arrive as late as possible and leave as soon as you can and have the lowest possible expectations as humanly possible.
